This is an older motel but the room we stayed in had been refurbished. It was clean, the shower was walk-in, so easy for older people - no tub to try to get across. The room seemed clean, the area was quite. Within walking distance of the casino.

Staff was great and very accommodating! Beds were comfortable and pillows nice. Floor in bathroom needs the grout cleaned. Rugs need cleaning. People standing around front door smoking and it smelled of smoke inside. People inside the entrance playing loud rap music. Wouldn’t stay there without my husband.

Might be my new favorite place to stay when playing poker at Cherokee. You can literally walk across the street from Harrah’s, which means you can h e a few drinks and not have to worry about driving. And the people that work here are pretty chill (so far).

Just a place to lay down for a night

I booked this hotel as a last minute alternate to my preferred local hotel and I was disappointed. The room smelled stale and/or musty when I entered and it never quite dissipated. The complimentary toiletries had already been opened and used by a previous guest and the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (seals left where previous guest unsealed the toiletries in the shower). For a "mountain view deluxe", it was neither deluxe or much of a view.
