I was no impressed with the location. Next time I shall stay with another hotel chain.

The room smelled of mold . we turned on the hvac and it stunk of mold as well . the person on the front desk basically refused to include my rewards number because i booked through a third party site.

The Courtyard was a good value for the money. I really enjoyed the Starbucks and the lobby area. The vestibule was really cute! It was a pretty much a central location, convenient to restaurants, Winston-Salem University and the throughway. Nice friendly staff. Could have used a more extensive food selection later in the evening it got pretty limited. Room was pretty ok but we had to spray smelled like smoke, ugggh. I didn’t care for the view of the pool either drain and cover or clean it. With all things considered especially the price and comparing it to the other hotels in the area (I saw two of them. I was attending a convention). It was easily an A- no less than a B+. Great value for the $

Nice, clean hotel close to Wake Forest University. Staff was helpful. Pool and gym were clean.

I like the idea of having a restaurant in the hotel but it's not good when the restaurant is consistently out of stock of their own menu. It becomes very disappointing and can ruin a night when you turn down going out to eat for the restaurant and then they don't have what's offered on the menu.

We love this hotel but this stay was different. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Didnt get much sleep because we had to get up early to go pick our daughter up from college and move her home. But as many times as we stayed at this hotel this was the first difficult time.

Nice hotel close to Wake Forest University & downtown.

The hotel was awesome. Staff was very friendly. The only thing was I wanted a king size bed but they only had a room with 2 double beds. Not a big problem but wasnt what I reserved. The restaurant/bar was very nice good Chili.

The hotel was conveniently located to the college we visited in Winston-Salem NC. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was bustling with people and the staff did a good job of handling a busy weekend of athletic teams that were staying at the hotel.

Warm and friendly staff. Clean, convenient to downtown and college communities.

I thought the breakfast was included in the trip. I hope they can make that accomodation. This is my hometown so I expect the best when I return. Compared to what the hotel was like when I was growing up there, it has made many improvements.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and dark at night. Easy to fall asleep and get a good nights rest.

The Front Desk Folks were always receptive to needs and knew exactly when I would return and what my favorite drink was. Great housekeeping. They went the extra mile many, many times.

Very friendly & helpful personel

MrsJacMc, We are pleased that you enjoyed being in a central location that is just two and half miles from downtown and mile and half from Wake Forest University. Our Bistro serves dinner, cocktails, beer and wine. As you know, the hotel is 100% smoke free. We are actually in the process of renovating our pool. We look forward to your next visit.

Brian, I am so sorry that you were unable to get items that were on the menu. I understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you have your taste buds set for it. We appreciate your feedback and have shared it with the appropriate departments. Our goal is to use this information to make improvements so that we can better serve our guest. Again, please accept my sincere apology for not being able to meet your culinary needs during your past stay. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Thank you and have a lovely day.
