We stayed here for a concert at BB&T field. Our first room was on the second floor beside the mechanical room. Sounded like rain pounding on a metal roof & bathroom was claustrophobic. We asked for a better room & were moved to a much more acceptable room. After the concert they assured us all pizza deliveries were working. Not so. Dominos was the only place that answered, & they said 1 1/2 hour delivery time. Hotel "market" quickly sold out. Grossly unprepared for the volume of guests

The place looks a bit tired on the outside, but the staff was awesome. The rooms must have been recently renovated, the A/C worked great, and our family had a great stay. We were just passing through, and decided to stay here at the last minute. Fabulous choice! --Hidden gem

I asked several times for my television to be repaired and was told on each occasion that maintenance would repair it the next day. They never repaired the television. They claim to offer Netflix & Youtube access via television but it never worked. They clearly need more bandwidth.

Staff were very nice. Parking is a bit tricky. My room was a discounted rate which to me was adequate for this room. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no microwave and after revisiting the web site apparently there are no microwaves. That's ok didn't need it anyway. We did have a refrigerator and honestly the temperature in the room was colder than the refrigerator. I was adequate to chill water or to keep yogurt from melting but that is all. What I appreciated the most was the number of towels the maids left. Once we got settled I did go to the desk and ask for a couple of more towels. For the duration of our stay w always had ample towels. Desk clerks were very pleasant and very helpful.

clean, comfortable, free wi-fi, large room, good bathroom, comfortable beds, good light and bistro type food and beverage. nothing fancy but a good place to stop if you want to be near wake forest parking is good, not great neighborhood but Reynolda village which is very upscale nearby.

Last night my husband & I were traveling and at 3:00 am decided we needed to pull over. Found courtyard Marriott < 5 miles-however no luck getting an answer at 800 Marriott so called hotel direct. I was beyond frustrated -but Dawna at front desk went above and beyond to help- even text addresses and info to us -what a relief and pleasure she was to deal with. Upon arrival did so many 'little things' (even helped find parking spot!) that felt like BIG things at 4 am! She was amazing. Room was very clean and affordable-bed comfy-and all four staff members we encountered were incredibly kind and friendly! Loved this hotel and would recommend and rebook in a heartbeat!!

Absolutely no complaints. Desk clerk was very helpful and efficient at check-in and also provided a lot of information about the city of Winston-Salem. Bed was comfortable and heard practically no noise during our visit. Wi-fi is free if you are Marriott Rewards member. Would definitely return to this Courtyard. Please note, Courtyards do not have a free breakfast although you can purchase breakfast at the hotel.

Clean, comfy, conveniently located to visit Wake Forest. Friendly and helpful service at check-in. Free wi-fi, parking, and breakfast. Triple winner all around especially if you are doing the college tour or visiting WFU.

Have stayed here several times while visiting my son at Wake Forest. Close to campus, and can walk to LJMC, and BB&T stadium (Which is convenient on game days). Easy directions. Rooms OK and fair meal options. Have found staff helpful.

This very convenient to events at Wake Forest as well as other sites in the area. The facility appears to be in an old, but recently remodeled building. It was quite comfortable with the exception of of very titghtly spaced bathroom. Our room was oddly located up two steps which may explain the poor bathroom space. Most rooms on the floor were 2 steps down from ours. Service in the restaurant was good.
