This was a last minute one night day, so I was grateful that the hotel had availability. However, our non-smoking room smelled of thick smoke, the linens did not smell fresh and actually the towel looked so soiled the tank of the toilet was sitting a skew. Our smoke detector was on attached.I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The hotel they give us fresh towels and linens to change our bedding.
Rooms did not smell clean. we ask for non-smoking and the room smelled like smoke. The lamp fixtures were broken. Wifi was terrible. We will never stay here again.
The original room we were given was occupied. The next room had a broken TV. The third room had a toilet seat that was so loose you felt like you were on a rollercoaster. The blankets had cigarette burns in them, and though the room was non-smoking it smelled like cigarettes. The staff was friendly and worked with us to fix the room issues she could control.
I would say that the room was fair--not great. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets, but the room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled a bit of smoke. One bedside lamp was not plugged in as there was no outlet nearby, and the phone at the other bedside table was disconnected. The desk near the front had a lamp that did not work, but thankfully the outlet worked to plug in my cellphone. The bathroom was average with a bathtub that looked liked slightly dirty in places. The room overall was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning worked fine. Some of the furnishings looked worn and needed to be replaced.

The room was mostly clean. The shower was falling apart. The breakfast was poorly refurbished and old fruit, cold coffee minimal choices. The waffles were good. The worst thing that happened was that the desk clerk took my drivers license and did not return it. I did not notice until I was at my next destination an hour and 45 mins away. I tried to call the front desk several times with no answer. Finally someone answered, yes they kept my license. I had no choice but to make a round trip, 3.5 hours plus the hour and 45 I just drove, to retrieve my license. I was mad.

I checked in and a separate patron was given the same room key as me so that did not make me feel safe at all. And it doesn’t help that the whole place smells like an ashtray. After finding out I was unexpectedly sharing a room with a random man, I gave back the room key and left. It was so bad I didn’t feel safe enough to spend one night.
This property is horrible. I booked 2 rooms here for a last minute outting with friends. There were stains on the furniture, the toilet rocks enough to lift off the floor, the sink is stopped up, the smoke detector is covered with a grocery bag. And none of this even begins to explain the filth. I used a towel the wipe the surfaces and it was a brown dingy before I could finish. The bathtub had hair, some kind of pink and white residues, and buildup that was green and black. I am overly pissed off and even more frustrated. This almost reunited my putting and costed me more money that it should have. The property had no one on staff to clean the rooms so I had to do it myself. I want my money back for both of these.
The only thing that I liked about the property wast the young lady who was the attendant that helped me finally get a room that was suitable after 4 tries. It was a long 10+ day of traveling from out of town and she understood.
Standing outside to check in gave a sense of a high crime area which was an uneasy feeling.. the area seemed fine, so why the distance of shutting down the check in area… I wont stay here again.
Price was low so I guess I have too high of an expectation
