The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having a Keurig instead of a coffee pot. The bed was too soft…no support. There was weak water pressure in the shower, but served its purpose. The Bistro had great burgers and the chef was amazing. Overall, I had a good stay and was able to get to the Benton Convention Center in 3 minutes with easy parking. Lastly, I must say the staff was very friendly, but the cleaning staff could improve. They left cleaning products in my room, did not replenish the coffee cups, and forgot to replace the towel mat for the bathroom.
