Housekeeping was at our door at exactly 12pm. We were only running about 10 minutes late but that made me feel rushed & it was unnecessary.

All and all my stay wasn't bad. My biggest complaint is the hottub being broken, normally this wouldn't bother me but when I think I spent $200 per night I expect the small things to work. My other complaint is the bed, it was uncomfortable. My last complaint is the hotel tv was one way to small for the large room.

Stayed over Christmas for a family holiday. Near Hanes mall and easy access to US 421 and Interstate 40. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

My wife and I lucked out on this one. We booked one half hour ahead of arrival on the way to a beach vacation. Everything was top shelf in this five year old, newly remodeled hotel. Staff was excellent and efficient. We have a new place to stop on our way south or return home.

Good location, in an new area with nice restaurants. Not in downtown Winston but an easy drive and also an easy drive to Wake Forest. Room was clean and well kept. Pretty good value if you are looking to spend a moderate amount for a hotel.

We had a nice stay. The value was lower than expected because of the demand for rooms during the furniture show causes rates to be very high. I certainly would stay there again.

My husband and I were visiting family so we weren't in the room much other than to sleep. It had a very comfortable bed. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet room for being on the first floor - we didn't hear other guests coming and going. Didn't like that the physically challenged accessible shower flooded at least half of bathroom floor because there was nothing to hold it back. The water stopped just before the sink because the drain wasn't indented enough to catch it. Shower did have good pressure and had lots of hot water.

reserved a smoking king and upon arrival, was told the last smoking king was just given away. Check in begins at 3 and it was 4. The dial bed didn't work so we couldn't get a feel for it. We did get an extra wide non smoking king. The bed was comfortable but the reason we booked that hotel was for the dial comfort. The cooked to order breakfast buffet is nice. They did mess up my egg order and the server said they can't do well done bacon but when I brought my plate back up for the eggs to be redone, the grill cook said he could make the bacon well done. The servers were VERY SLOW.

This hotel is brand new and everything is nice a clean on the inside. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great too. It's also a good out of the way location back off the road and seems very safe and secure. I'd love to stay here again.

Stayed here for a wedding and some additional sightseeing. Quiet location, brand new facilities, super-friendly staff.
