Will never go or recommend this hotel.

I didn’t even stay there. We checked in went to the room and had a family emergency and had to leave back to SC. They wouldn’t let us change our reservation to shorter and we checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. The front desk person was not helpful walked to our room and just watched us walk to our room , the room they gave us was on the back side so the front desk person left the front desk unattended…

There was holes in the wall. The door you couldn’t hardly close it good. The covers on the bed was ok , should have more covers for the bed. The lighting was bad.

Money trap. Don’t do it! It’s not a DEAL lol

I didn’t stay. We were on a road trip from the beach, the kids needed a break and it was a good deal with a pool. Got there, drove around to see local “zombie” looking people appeared to be living there. Nothing against those people, just not where you want to take a family with 3 kids lol. The pool was dark green and closed. We didn’t even go in to check in, it was NASTY. the reason for stopping was a pool. We contacted hotels.com and they assured us we could get a refund but now they can’t get ahold of the hotel, so I decided to tell everyone about it so you don’t make the same mistake. Trust me, it’s not a good deal, it is a trap!!

worst stay EVER

the front desk was very indifferent to our being there and was more interested in other things than with us. the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall , the chairs were frayed and looked like they were purchased at the good will store. the complimentary breakfast was never set up costing us about $14 each of our 3 day stay. we will never stay there again

Noisy, the room wasn't cleaned properly. There were cigarette holes in the bedsheets. The ac barely worked. Some guests were allowing their children to run and scream up and down the balcony at midnight and early in the morning. The toilet clogged and when I asked the front desk worker if I could get a plunger he said that he didn't have one. I had to go purchase my own.
