The bathroom are very dirty and old and i definitely would've been able to look past that and not an animal hater i travel with my dog all the time but from 11:00 pm to 2:30am when the people upstairs stopped doing their floor exercise training a dog in another room would start barking, the same dog that was at the entrance door with its owners that were drinking and playing loud music

It was convenient to the High Point Market. I felt safe since I was a woman traveling alone. It was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Shower leaked water all under the door so we had to place towels all over the floor. The wood under refrigerator was broken making thefrig unlevel. Bathroom door would not close so steam all out in room.

This was a perfectly decent hotel to stay in for the price. Location was close to some good restaurants and a nice mall. It could definitely use some attention to detail for things like paint and caulking which looked like they had been done as cheaply and quickly as possible. Bathroom left something to be desired. The floor was also not clean. Overall, I’d stay here again in a pinch but would look elsewhere first.

Desk clerk could hardly look up from his phone for me to be able to check-in. I had to tell him I needed to check-in. Very, very poor customer service. He made no attempt to greet me as I entered the lobby. Two young males were outside smoking marijuana when we came in our first night.

Cleanliness is an issue. The rugs in the hallways are disgusting. I couldn’t touch the breakfast because of the feel of grunge in the hotel. The lounge chair in the room matched the rugs. Gross. There were people hanging around the outside steps near my room at all hours. The advertisement photos are not the real vibe of this property, which is in fact more of a motel feel.
