First and foremost, Jacob the front desk receptionist must have been having a bad day as he gave me a bit of a hard time checking in. It was 2:30AM and I just wanted to get to a bed. His attitude rubbed me the wrong way. He was asking me pointless questions. I finally get my key card for my room and head upstairs. The carpet in front of the room was bleach stained, not a good look. When I opened the door to the room there was a humid, stale stinch that hit me in the face. This was partially because the thermostat was set to 78 degrees and only God knows why else. The sheets felt damp from the humid room. I wanted to take a shower before I hit the hay but was met with stained and booger filled washcloths (not exactly what you want to see when you just want to relax after driving for 2.5 hours). I had my boyfriend go get new towels. I got a room with 2 dbl beds. I went to pull the sheets back on one of the double beds only to find strands of long brown hair that didn't come from me and stained sheets. I slept in the other bed that looked a bit cleaner. If I wasn't in town for an emergency I would've complained but I had too much to do. Upon checkout at 12pm there was a bell on the front desk counter, ya know the bell that is usually used during the late hours. I rang the bell to hand over my key cards and I hear someone laughing on the phone coming from the dining area and not to my surprise it's an employee. I didn't catch her name, but she wears glasses and has brown hair. She walks over to me, cell phone still to her ear, and asks if I need anything. I don't say a word and just hand the cards to her. She says thanks and walks back to the dining area laughing on the phone again, obnoxiously might I add. I didn't find anything about my stay funny. I've stayed here one time before and the only complaint I have about that stay is them setting the thermostat to the high 70s in the middle of summer. In summary, I won't stay here again. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and stay elsewhere.

This hotel was very clean and peaceful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. Location is perfect for shopping and dining. Would stay again

Clean room with very helpful staff and location is close to everything you need.

Great location to shopping and dining. Super friendly staff...

We had two rooms. First, checking in there was a giant bag of trash in the lobby. Second, the hallways smelled dank, musty and sour. Room 1 - the bed was clean and comfortable which is why I gave it one star. The floor was so dirty that walking from the bed to the bathroom left a layer of sticky black dirt on my feet. The smell of the room was indescribably bad. Room two - the view out the window was a mulch covered hillside littered with plastic bags, shoes, and other items that implied a homeless person's living room. When we got up the next morning, everything in the room was covered with tiny ants that had to be shaken off and cleaned out of everything. And these rooms weren't cheap! A hundred bucks a night! Pay the extra $20 per night and stay up town at the Marriott or something.

This was a very clean and well run hotel. The front desk was very helpful with our needs and questions.

There was a large group of teenagers also there the night we were - but they were well behaved and we didn't hear them at all.

Hotel was in a good location with a friendly staff. The rooms are clean, however the rooms are noisy. We could hear the doors closing and kids jumping around. Overall the hotel was good and we would stay again.

Based on previous reviews I booked a room at the Sleep Inn. I was let down by the quality and service provided. The man who checked me into the hotel was not helpful when I asked for any information regarding food in the area so I ended up having to use my GPS to find restraunts. The room I booked was non-smoking. How they work that is half of the hall is non-smoking and the other half is smoking. I was put in the middle of the hall at the edge of the two so I was next to smoking rooms and my suitcase and clothes still smell of smoke even after coming home. The bed had a significant cave on one side from where most people have slept on it. One of the white walls in the room had stains on the wall where someone must have opened a soda and it had fizzed on the wall. The cleaning staff never attempted to remove/clean the stain during the entire 4 days I stayed there. I was pleased to find the room had a mini-fridge (nothing in it though) and a microwave. The bathroom only comes with stand up showers (which was fine by me). Based on previous reviews, I expected a good breakfast from them but was also let down. They have juice, yogurt, bagels, and the only thing hot was a waffle maker. I consider a "good" continental breakfast to have other hot things like eggs or sausage. It was an issue for me because I have food allergies and couldn't eat most of the things they had so I ended up going out to other places for breakfast as well. It wasn't the worst place I have stayed before but I think next time I will spend a little more money and look for better quality than Sleep Inn.

Nice, quite and good service.

I attended a football game and it was close to the stadium amd other events.

visiting family and some sightseeing, no pool in the hotel, but you did have access to one at the Hampton Inn, stayed at other hotels in the hanes mall area really liked the friendly staff and they made you feel at home

The room was nice, but the beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast was cold hard boiled eggs, sweet(cook your own)waffles, cereal, and some fruit. No meat at all. Most everything was cold to eat. Hotel staff was very nice and cordial. room cleanliness was good, but not terrific. Location was fairly good if the only you want is a mall. The pool was very dirty on the bottom and the water was cloudy. Not one of the best Sleep Inns I've been to in the past. Overall rating a low 3 to me and my wife.

I only have one small draw back....I like to sit in the lobby at hotels and read the paper, but the hotel staff, on several occasions, had to use the phone, and one worker acutally took his break there. I know this is petty but I'm paying for this space and feel they should have a break room to take breaks or use the phone. The seating area of the lobby was very small, but comfortable, and I enjoyed sitting there reading as my room only had a desk chair and not a comfortable reading chair...Other than that, every thing was great. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with directions. We will stay at your hotel again.
