This fully furnished historic apartment offers comfortable and relaxed living. This unit sleeps 2 (Queen Bed). There’s free parking in front of unit or behind the property.
Enjoy the comfort and privacy you’ll have with this quiet location. Private bathroom, kitchenette with appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave are all available for your comfort. You’ll also have access to the laundry room and free Wi-Fi.
The space
Our private apartment is close by the Forsyth and Baptist hospital which will be perfect for those who are nurses or medical students. The unit has its own entrance and is located on the main floor, keep in mind the house was built in 1920's we have done our best in remodeling it, it has a living space and full bath. Stocked with towels, shampoo, a hairdryer and all other necessities. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and windows with a scenic view that will make you feel like home, kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal, coffee maker and toaster, there is also washer and dryer in unit.
Guest access
You will have access to the laundry room, located on the opposite side of the property. Use your apartment code for entry.

NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the unit.
