I would not recommend this hotel.
The entry automatic doors were broken and remained so for our entire stay. They were instead blocked off with luggage carts and labeled with a handwritten sign. Entry traffic was rerouted through an adjacent door that once belonged to a now defunct/closed bar area. The door handles and glass were covered in finger prints and were never cleaned during our stay.
We arrived a few hours early and while we were allowed an early check-in we had to sacrifice our king beds for two queens. Housekeeping never showed up once.
Some staff were friendly and helpful. Others seemed thoroughly disinterested and couldn’t have cared less.
The elevator to our room was filthy and cramped. Fingerprints were on everything and crumbs and debris were all over the floor.
The bathrooms were small and cramped, the shower fixtures were old and outdated. The shower stall was heavily caulked and discolored by mildew.
Pool area was always out of towels. Used towels were left discarded all over the pool deck and were never picked up by staff. When I asked the front desk for towels an annoyed woman got me a few hand towels.
The patio adjacent to the pool was occupied by several youths dressed for the street, drinking liquor from glass bottles and smoking marijuana. Halls often stunk of marijuana, too.
The TV remote died. Staff fumbled through an ice bucket of mismatched remotes and had none that worked and no batteries. I left and bought batteries myself.
