Had a procedure scheduled at Baptist the morning of 11-25-2025, so didn’t get to try the breakfast. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby, 4th floor elevator, hallway very clean and well maintained.

I enjoy staying at the Hawthorne, mainly because of the location. The rooms are nice and the staff is so friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the room this time—the phone didn’t work and the soap dispenser in the shower was either broken or empty, but I bring my own stuff anyway.

The toilet was clogged multiple times and the water gushes a lot and splashes everywhere; there should be a seat cover. Overall, not a bad stay. Unfortunately, in my opinion I didn’t like the area; it’s far from Raleigh and Charlotte.
