The room was atrocious. Was not clean at all. The blankets had cigarette burns in them even though we got a NON SMOKING room. Also what looked like blood on the comforter on the bed. Thank god we brought our own blankets. The floors were filthy and disgusting hair in the bathtub toilet looked like someone was there before us and ashed their cigarette in the toilet. The ac unit was taken apart and smelled of mildew. I would not recommend anyone I know to stay at this hotel the pictures online are so very deceiving.

Building is not clearly marked (no visible building number or name, aside for name in small letters on the door as you entered the building) extremely hard to locate at night. It’s advertised as no smoking & the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
In the middle of everything so extremely convenient. Room strongly smelled of smoke, smoke detector and tv remote were missing. Use bipap and needed to change filter at home as smoke smell came home with it in the filter. Fast internet.
There is nothing more annoying than a hotel that does not have adequate internet to support all of the rooms, and staff that acts like it’s not an issue or a problem. No working internet, t.v, phone, and clock. Floors were black on my sons socks.

We booked 2 rooms and they were far apart. 1 of the rooms was originally out of order with broken furniture and the battery in the door went dea Replacement room followed the next day and yhe the bathroom was dirty. Place has a lot of rundown rooms and seems to be a temporary homeless shelter and thpus tje appearance Great location.
Hard to find entrance not clearly marked. Lots of people just hanging out in the parking lot.
I have stopped here for years, except for last summer. I have always been pleased, but there was one problem this year. I applaud the hotel for renovating the rooms and removing the carpeting in favor of laminate. However, the new mattresses are so hard that we might as well have slept on the floor. We slept almost not at all. We can't do that again. :-(
We did not like anything. We were in the back of the property and felt very unsafe. There was no sign on the building telling us the name of it so we didn't not know where to go to check in. The outside of the property was dirty and looked like the building was falling apart and unsafe. The TV remote did not work. One of us woke up with multiple bug bites. The tub had cracks in it and there was only one roll of toilet paper.
Was assigned room 105. Deadbolt was torn off door. Room smelled, smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag, cigarette burns in bedding, curtains were torn, holes in the walls. Rug was filthy. Hotel was being used to house homeless people. Hotel should be condemned. Have pictures for backup.
