Everything was beautifully kept, plenty of Christmas like themes , plenty of and employees were there to help. Food food prices little high but tasted good.

We went to Hershey Park and wanted a cheaper place to just sleep. It was perfect for it. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. TV was not very big but we didn’t watch much of that. It had a fridge. Bathroom look nice. Room felt big. Plenty of space. Room had darkening shades. We actually had a perfect view of there pool. Which also looked nice but was closed. Checked in late, parking was easy, they even had carts to use to bring your stuff in. Checking in and out was a breeze. They had coffee and juice available in the morning as well.

Had a great pool but closed at 9 PM. Pictures did not equal what was posted on line. Feel like the price was too high for what was offered.

Kinda gross and run down. Didn’t look like the pictures for sure.No smoke alarm in our room. Staff was great though.

The pool was really nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Management were not wearing masks. People staying in the hotel were also not wearing masks. Card reader to open doors did not work. At one point, management gave me the MASTER KEY to get into my room which still didn’t work. Why they would give a someone the master key is mind boggling Hotel is severely outdated and disgusting. My room had stuff on the floor that appeared it hadn’t been cleaned right. Had it not been late when I checked in, I would not have stayed. There are a few folks who stay there long term which management told me. Many people just left their doors open which I’m guessing is due to the card reader not working. They had no option for breakfast despite the booking saying breakfast was included. Overall disgusting hotel that needs to be shut down.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but it needs ALOT of work on the inside. It was not worth the price we paid!

This property needs to be renovated. Dirty rugs and smelly

Upon arrival at the hotel, my husband and I and my sister in law walked in to check in and no one was in site to check us in. We had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us in. We then get the keys for the room and it didn’t work. Tried several times, never opened. We walked back to the front desk and the employee didn’t seem to surprised as he said this is a known issue and the owners aren’t too concerned. He had to re program the key and come help us get in the room. While in the room we noticed several nasty things. The floor didn’t look clean at all, in fact my husband and I wore sandals whenever walking around the room. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, spider webs clearly seen in the corners of the rooms. Actually had a spider above our bed crawling around. The bathroom had mysterious stains on the walls, even in the room. The vent fan in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling. Black mold in the bathroom, also on the shower curtain. Seems like people live in the hotel, all through out the night we could hear people coming and going in their rooms. children running up and down the hall all hours of the night. People hanging around outside that seemed a little sketchy. I know they say you get what you pay for and it was close to Hersheypark, but I would definitely recommend paying a few extra dollars or going elsewhere. We even noticed several people just leaving their doors open All hours of the night.

The property unfortunately was in bad condition, the sheets had multiple stains and the rugs were so dirty they were sticky. Shower curtain was brown on the bottom. Luckily i brought lysol and and clorox wipes to clean which should not have been me, should have been done properly by a cleaning staff, especially with the covid-19 still lingering. There was no extra precaution. The pool, no one stood their distance. People smoking and drinking. I did not see anyone clean handles of the doors to enter the hotel. Furniture broken, and tv was dusty. But the staff were friendly and looked overworked, since they are understaffed. I just hope we do not get sick, im not sure if the the sheets were properly changed since ours were so dirty. Its a shame, since the pictures looked so deceiving and clean. Not like that at all. I definitely paid toooo much for 2 nights. Shame.

The location is convenient but the rooms could use some updating.

Absolutely filthy hotel. No running water in our room on day one. Then only scalding hot water available once the problem was fixed . We booked for 3 nights left after 1 night

This place is a dump. The staff are nice, but they clearly haven't maintained the property for a decade or two. The pool literally had garbage in it. The carpeting was matted down with years of grime. The bathroom was dingy and only cursorily cleaned. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The room fridge was a giant block of ice. The breakfast was inedible unless you like steam tables full of scrambled eggs in water and half cooked sausages with a broken waffle maker and non-functioning juice machine. Basically this is a grossly overpriced dump. If you were paying $40 a night this is about what I'd expect, but for $200 it is a total rip off. Stay elsewhere.
