Sad to see so much of the process automated now. Like dealing with (paid) live staff.

Aug 19, 2018

Uncomfortable seats, no jet bridge, noisy kids

Jul 16, 2018

However had to wait away from the gate and then rushed to the gate 10 min prior to boarding.

Half way through our flight, I felt faint/nauseous and your staff was calm, supportive, and extremely helpful. They even arranged a wheelchair for us to exit the airport. I can’t rememeber the flight attendants name but she was brunette and EXTREMELY helpful. We would definitely fly British airways again.
