The sheets were dirty. I had to call for houe keeping to change them. Thought this was a non-smoking property, I could smell marijuana coming from the room next to me. At night time its really loud. Not a safe area. Would not stay again.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and provided me will all the information i needed for my stay. I didn't like that you couldn't smoke on the balcony and had to walk away from the building to smoke
There was a lingering smell of tobacco smoke in the room which someone had tried hard to hide.
Nice hotel. Lsrge room great staff. Breskfast was acceptable. Warm weather too bad the pool was closed. Easily accessable to attractions
Very conveniently located. Other reviews mentioned problem with neighboring apartment building, but we found no such disturbance. Quiet and pleasant.
I has been a pleasant stay, until the morning as I was preparing to leave for home. I found a bug in the bathroom, but the hotel had also had the exterminator in the day before... Otherwise, yes, I believe, I will return.

Usually we drive straight through between Phili and NC to our home. On a Sat. in July we got a late start, were slowed by several accidents on I-95 and experienced very heavy rain. Orbitz found a vacancy at the last minute so we could spend the night. It was quite a relief since many motels had no vacancy! Go Orbitz! Hotel was spacious, had great air conditioning and beds were clean, firm and fresh.

We were very pleased with the hotel and especially the desk clerk. We needed three double rooms at the last minute. I had called to book two rooms and a third (single room) was booked online. The desk clerk quickly and efficiently made the changes so they were all double rooms near each other, the parking lot and breakfast. Although the rooms were not high end, they were spacious and clean. We especially appreciated two sinks. There was a separate private area with one of the sinks, a refrigerator, microwave, bench and clothes closet that was especially convenient when we were all getting ready. The breakfast was good. There were several choices and the breakfast area was clean and managed well so items were refilled. There were added touches for instance the typical make your own waffles came in two flavors plus extra toppings like chocolate syrup, crushed Oreos, whipped cream etc. You could eat inside or outside next to the pool. They were cleaning the outside pool for the summer season. There was a nice grass area with picnic tables in the yard. The lobby was inviting. There was a computer that could be used. Also had cookies, etc. The hotel is slightly off the main road which helped for traffic and noise. Price was great for the DC area.
