Good hotel, but only gave us 3 towels for a 2 double bed room. Plus one towel had a hair on it. Had to ask twice for 4 towels. They should have free coffee in lobby. We called front desk twice and no one answered. Went down twice, finally it was resolved after we had to share bath towels.
Being that the hotel just opened, I guess it's normal to have some teething issues. Nothing was serious, just unexpected and untimely. Overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and pleasant!
It is easy to get around from this hotel. The Reading Terminal Market located across the street has a lot of food options. I really like to the donuts from Beiler's (located at one of the corners ... Reading Terminal Market).
I really liked the Warwick. Check-in was efficient and friendly and I was upgraded to a Club-level room, which provided a really good breakfast every morning and evening bites and drinks. My room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and quiet. I highly recommend the Warwick.
I had to check in due to an apartment fire. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly. The first room he gave me was warm and cozy but had no hot water, without hesitation he gave me a different room, but the second room was dirty, hair on the floor, stains in the toilet and tub. The heater took forever to heat up. I won’t be staying here again Thanks Motel 6
The hotel is right next to the Convention Center and it is clean. Some of the appliances have wear and tear but all functional. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I want to start by saying knowing this hotel was across the street from sesame place and is one of their official partner hotels i expected more from this place, the staff was very nice and friendly, check in took less than 3 mins the hotel was quiet, updated and appeared clean, we enjoyed our stay until the last morning when in the bathroom a giant king kong sized roach came walking by, which sent me into a full blown anxiety attack, hives and all packed my stuff immediately and checked out within 10 mins this is totally unacceptable, left the bug on one of their towels dead inside the room directly in front of the door to be seen when someone opened it, you would think they would apologize for the inconvenience atleast but apparently this isnt an uncommon occurrence for the Sheraton hotel chain, very disappointed
My only pet peeve is that the y didn't have a paper stating the price on the goodies outside of the bar. Not wise on their part.
