Easy and quick check-in with a friendly and helpful hotel employee. I was dead tired when I checked in and slept well. I have no complaints. Great place to stay for the money if you're not looking for anything fancy.

We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inns before and have had no problems. This time however, we had dirty beds (crumbs on the sheets and a nickel laying on the fitted sheet. Not much to this hotel, especially since you are limited on where to stay in Indian Head. Dated hotel but the fridge and micro in the room were helpful. Front desk staff not the friendliest but not rude.

This is a great hotel. Hotel staff are professional and friendly. However, the staff at the restaurant ... totally different story. The restaurant manager should learn something from the hotel manager and hire more professional and friendly staff.

STAFF "ANGELA" HER TONE OVER THE TELEPHONE AND CHECKING IN/OUT IN PERSON WAS COLD, NASTY BODY LANGUAGE & UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME, (2) ARMOND, TRACIE, ANNETTE & HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS EXCELLENT!!! MY KEY WAS GIVEN TO ANGELA, YET SHE GAVE NO RECEIPT & TRACIE STEPPED UP W/A SMILE & PROFESSIONAL TO COMPLETE MY STAY WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED FROM ANGELA AT ALL!!! Nice hotel clean , comfortable and close to everything in downtown Washington dc.

The shower was moldy and dingy. One of two hotels in the area. I'll try the other one next time.
