Front desk lady not helpful and borderline rude. Got two rooms-one door broken, the other door lock not working, bad part of town, dirty, cloudy pool, no kitchenette, ripped and duct taped carpet right in middle of floor, ;teeny tiny through pillows for bed pillows, some people live there, also seems to rent by the hour. Very noisy with people coming and going all night. Stay away! Orbitz? Take this off of your site as an option! No one should have to stay here!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room rate was reasonable. The facility was under renovations which is much needed. The carpet and furniture looked for worn. With additional updates the facility should be outstanding.
It was a great stay! No problems at all. Clean room, smelled fresh, friendly staff and updated decor! Extremely happy with everything about this hotel! I would definitely stay here again and encourage everyone to check them out! Good price for the accommodations!

Overall great, staff very friendly and pleasing. Not impressed with breakfast options same sausage n eggs everyday, should switch up a little.
Overall stay was okay. I would return, but the second day of our stay our room was not cleaned.....and No the do not disturb wasn't hung on the outside. However, we did get an apology from the front desk (not the manager) and clean towels even though we got in late that night.
My sister and I stayed at this hotel on 8-29. It was a wonderful experience. We only stayed one night but wish it could have been more. The staff was great and very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was awesome! I will stay here the next time I am in the DC metro area.
stayed 3 nights and I have not pleasant memories The good: the room was clean, no problems The bad: -Breakfast: had all the time to ask for food, or coffee as missing from the counter -Silence in hotel: there were no rules, the first two nights I have not slept, because the TV from neighbors, has been very hard, and he only stopped at 5am and the third night we had to leave the hotel at 10:45, although when I spoke at the reception they assured us that there will be no problem because other people came, but it was not so, our neighbors, young and probably drunk, hit with fists and feet in the door between the rooms, I called the reception, and the supposed intervention of receptionist, nothing was solved. I was lucky to find a room at another hotel if we had to slept in the car and the next day i was driving 10h.
Just stayed one night and it was everything I was looking for!
A great experience. I booked my room the day of my travel. Even though I'd selected "late check in", I was so delayed in getting to the hotel, I worried I would lose my reservation. I was unable to call the hotel to let them know I was still coming. My fears were put to ease. When I showed up after 3 a.m. the man at the desk was so kind! He'd saved the room! Even though it was a big weekend locally with many out of towners. The room was clean and neat. It was a very pleasant & welcoming surprise after a long day of traveling.
GOOD HOTEL
We arrived at the motel around 10am since my wife was not feeling very well and the desk clerk said it would be 2pm before they had a room. About 15 minutes later he came over to us and said he had a room. Very nice!!! We were looking at 4 hours of wondering around the lobby.
We stayed at the Comfort Inn while visiting family for 3 nights. We found the hotel clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with a nice variety of hot and cold items, including waffles, eggs, sausage, hash and muffins.
Check in starts at 2pm, arrived there at 4pm, went to the assigned room, it was still being cleaned up. We went back to the lobby with all the luggage, notified the lady at reception that the room isn't ready yet. She said it won't be too long, waited another 40 mins, no luck. End up in a new room. Washroom toilet has leak every you flush it, strange smell in washroom despite the exhaust running for few hours. Breakfast is not the greatest, not many options.
