Our stay at Country In was good. We first had reservations with Comfort In joint base,Clinton Md. we got there and they were under construction, everything was in disarray. That’s when we found Country In.in Suitland Md. great stay there.

Substandard hotel rooms

The front desk clerk refused to produce a close out receipt to me . He was arrogant and very unprofessional. Infact he tore the door access card in my presence which was very rude of him. He ended up walking away from me leaving me standing at the front desk. The breakfast was not up to standard as expected from a reputable hotel. The elevator is slow and very noisy. The parking lot has litters everywhere. The bed itches and they should be checked for bed bugs and fleas. The price per day does not reflect the service rendered to the customer and there is a need to improve the quality of service. The front desk clerk during my morning check out does not deserve to be in the hotel. He was mad because I used a third party to get hotel.

This was a great choice in the DC area. The room was reasonable, clean, close to the metro and seafood restaurants. We loved it. Oh, the breakfast was one of the best I seen for a hotel.
