Very nice personnel. Modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

You pay for the real estate at national harbor. The hotel looks nice and modern. We did find stains on the sheets that possibly looked like blood or something dark. We just slept in the other bed. Also the light under the bench in the room flickers all night. One other problem was I payed the extra charge for "room with a view" on Orbitz but received a room with "no view". The staff was friendly but the hotel was completely booked, so they passed the buck to Orbitz and said they could not help remedy the mix up. We only stayed for one night. I would love to give this hotel a 5 star review but I can't because of the dirty sheets and the extra charge with no compensation or any attempt to do so. For $250 a night, just pony up the extra $40-$50 bucks a night and stay at the Wyndom or the Gaylord next door.

Great location, courteous staff, very modern sleek designed rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Had a nice room on the 5th floor. Perfect size and location of room as it was quiet until morning when street traffic began. Really nice hotel and staff. Will stay here again! Thank you very much for the great experience.

Over all a good stay, over priced for the size of the room. Parking is a major issue.

Very clean and comfortable room, modern style, great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Booking the hotel it looked fantastic online when checking in it was a different story. First and foremost the hotel does not list that they do not have parking for the facility. For guest of the hotel the only way to park your vehicle would be to either pay $35 for valet parking or walking across the street and paying $15 per entrance into the parking garage. It is not all day parking in the garage. When checking in the customer service was not great the front desk check in staff was not friendly for one reason or another. The room was small but had a nice view of the river. There was not much storage space for clothing.

I have stayed at this location multiple times before when it was an Aloft property, this was my first time staying since it changed hands. This was a nice place to stay and still is. The staff could not have been more welcoming. I was with a group of 6, we spent about an hour in the lounge area and experienced exceptional service from the bartenders. The room was spacious and clean. The only differences I could tell was the paint was changed to a more muted tones compared to the bright colors, the carpet in the rooms is now a hardwood laminate which I prefer. Overall, I will definitely be staying here again. The only draw back is the price per night was cheaper under Aloft.

Wonderful, WONDERFUL area, fantastic room and service. Perfect for an adult getaway. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel - make sure to take the option where it is included with your room price and you'll save a ton of money. The atmosphere of the hotel was contemporary, luxurious, and grown-up. Probably not the best place for a family, but perfect for a weekend away from the kids. Will definitely be back!!!

Stayed here after Cirque du soleil...love the modern style, good value, love the lounge and bar area, have to pay for parking but overall would stay again

Attended a conference at the nearby Gaylord and ALoft was very conveniently located at the center of the National Harbor. Very clean and comfortable room, I would consider staying there in the future as well, whether the trip is for business or pleasure.

This hotel provided a good value for the price. The room was clean and the bed was firm and very comfortable. The only thing I disliked was the nightclub scene I had to navigate through to get to the elevator. Conveniently located. Lots to do in the area.

Went down for a weekend to celebrate an anniversary. Hotel was nice but needed a good vacuuming. Also walls were paper thin!!! At 12pm the people next door came into there hotel room and we could hear there entire conversation.

Overall experience was good, staff freindly and rooms were clean. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great location for children The National Children Museum is a couple of blocks away so is the carrousel and the Ferris wheel good restaurants

What an outstanding hotel that appreciates you and your pets, whether small or large. This key elements excuses everything that you might want in a hotel, such as a restaurant or spa. Room didn't have a tub, which I liked. The pool is wonderful for children because it goes from 3 1/2 feet 4 1/2 feet. The bar was also very nice and FULL SERVICE. It's located in the lobby along with TV ' S and a pool table. FREE WI-FI too. We had a fantastic stay due to location on harbor, wine store, Gaylord, Grace's Mandarin, and Bond 45. This will now be my go to hotel when in National Harbor. Enjoy your stay at the Aloft.

The location was awesome, and I love how it looked on the inside....very artsy. The only problems were that there was no room service so we didn't have to leave the hotel. There was no microwave in the room either.

I stayed at the Aloft because of the free shuttle to DC's Metro and to attend a conference in National Harbor; this hotel is easy walking distance to the Convention Center. The staff members are terrific and very helpful. There is also a "green" program to avoid unneeded housekeeping and towel exchange, but do not expect to see any reward despite what is stated. Upon returing home my next credit card statement was charged for a full night, despite my paying for two nights well in advance. It is November and I am still trying to get that fee refunded. I do not know if this was an isloted error, or if adding the charge and not refunding it when notified is standard practice. Either way, be advised to check your credit card statement.

Clean comfortable surrounded by restaurants shops I was upset because I paid to get a room with a harbor view instead I got a room with a parking lot view
