First off, There is only 1 working elevator so we just started to use the stairs. There was a horrible smell in the hallway. It smell like wet carpet and a dog - It was very bad. The odor did go into our room, but we end up spraying air freshener to get rid of the smell. The door was jammed, so we had to push the door hard every time to get inside and pull hard to get out. The washcloth and towel were dirty with black and brown dirt marks. When I got new towels there were stands of long hair and pubic hair folded up inside the towels. Front desk asked us why do we need towels when there were towels in our room and we had to tell him we literally checked in with dirty towels. The light over the bathroom sink started to flicker and lasted about 30 minutes before it went back to normal. While in the bathroom I found a baby roach crawling on the floor.

Not what i would have expected for a Wyndham facility. The bathroom is moldy and rusty, the common areas smell terrible, and the pool was disgusting in and around. Not to mention police visiting the premises almost daily during our stay.

Don't bother walking into this location. Construction materials greeted us and it looks like it could be years before it's finished. The elevator condition should have been our first clue. Bathroom had black mold and we couldn't even take a shower. When asking for refund the property wouldn't accommodate.

This property is terrible. Upon arrival to the first room there were roaches crawling from ceiling and through the door. The second room was even worse, there were roaches on the ground, all over the walls. When we discussed with concierge, she wasn’t fazed or provided an apology as it seems like this is normalised. Overall terrible hotel experience. Will not be booking ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The staff were inattentive, the facility was rundown, and unclean. Our room, although recently updated, was dirty and unfinished. Housekeeping did not come clean when asked. Fridge and microwave did not work. The continental breakfast was disgusting and food was left out in counters uncovered. There was a horrible odor to the facility, trash was all over, and people roaming the property at all times. Staff were constantly walking around watching tv on their phones and ignoring the dirt and trash. The gentleman who helped me at check out was the friendliest that I had experienced in the entire stay. Will not stay there again.
