Nice hotel. Breakfast needs to be better. Not everyone eats meat, the eggs had ham in it, no options were given. The toilet seat was dirty, when I lifted up the seat, it had three dark stains on it. A man named zach charged me $3.00 twice for a small bag of peanuts, I don't have any problem with that at all, but my last day of stay there, a lady charged me only $2.00. It needs to be consistent, maybe put the prices on the goods so that your employees know how much it cost. Everything else was good.
Everything was fine, the only bad side of it is that we received a room that had a wheelchair ramp into the shower,none of my family members were equipped for a wheelchair,so we did not need such accommodation, but otherwise great trip
We love to stay at Hampton Inns! Great experience...only downfall...assumed since they had an indoor pool, they would provide towels. They do, but they were only hand towels, which was a little awkward. We were able to use our room towels and when we requested extra towels, the staff was gracious and brought us more.
I would recommend this hotel to others. Desk staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast area very clean. Convenient to Metro station.
