Our recent three-night stay was chosen for its convenient location near Washington, D.C., providing a more tranquil and budget-friendly option compared to accommodations within the city. We were assigned a seventh-floor king corner room with river views. The beds were notably comfortable, and the bartender during happy hour provided excellent service. Although the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, it did not exceed expectations. We appreciated the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The four-star rating reflects certain areas for improvement within the buffet and room service offerings. Specifically, on the second day, a room refresh was requested and completed; however, coffee supplies were not replenished, requiring a trip to the lobby for our morning coffee. Conversely, the front desk service was outstanding.

The hotel was lovely, but the beds and pillows really uncomfortable. Loved our view of the harbor from the room. Breakfast buffet was ok, the food was cold and not worth the money. No better than the free breakfast at most chain hotels. Area is nice. Many good restaurants to walk to. MGM a quick Uber ride away. We were annoyed by the constant smell of marijuana on the street, in casino, and in the hotel.
