I didn't like that I paid cash and they still charged my card. There was hair in the shower. It needed to be updated. Didn't smell fresh.

The road sign should tell you all you need to know, the Hampton Inn sin is covered with a tarp and a Comfort Inn banner is up. Judging from the property, they won’t be able to keep that brand for long either.
Modern facility. Quick checkin and checkout. Nicely decorated rooms. Staff cordial but not "we appreciate your business" type of friendly. Very nice rooms but had to change because of smell of cigarette smoke (this is a non smoking facility), actually some ashes were on the toilet paper holder in bathroom. Next room was good but toilet paper holders were broken. Very comfortable bed. Would stay again.
Nice interior design. Room was clean. But the TV signal kept going out. And the room phone did not work.
The property appears to be under construction, the summer flowers or shrubs are dead and need to be removed.
I loved that there was a pool attached to the property. During my 6 day visit I would have loved to visit the pool. Unfortunately, I was never informed by the staff at any point that the pool even existed until I did some walking around. Also the elevator broke and my key card went out so I had to make multiple triple up and down 6 floors to get my key card fixed.
They did not give an accurate assessment of shuttle service to game, which caused me to spend extra money and lose vacation time. Then, the breakfast they advertised was more of a continental style than the breakfast that was advertised. Lastly, the rooms were not as they appeared in the pictures, as there was extensive damage to the furniture in the room, as well as, the room having an undetectable smell. VERRRRYY DISAPPOINTED with Orbitz and the property.

The door of the room didn't open. They didn't fix it until we leave. We stayed with the door open when we leave the room.
We arrived after 7:00 pm with a reservation and no room was ready. We were told there would be a room ready in ten minutes. We went to dinner and came back but still no room. The staff was pleasant but it was obvious the issue was with upper management that was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. We left.
Staff was not particularly friendly and the breakfast was crap. The rooms siding door was broken and bath tub faucet leaked. The elevator had missing arm rest and only one elevator worked so it was a long wait for the elevators. It was an old hotel which they tried to mask and make look modern.
Clean environment. Close to public transport. Spacious room.
1. I asked the clerk for a room away fro the elevator. I requested and received another room. 2. The second room was missing an iron; telephone and television was not worked. 3. The third room was better. Missed breakfast because clerk said that breakfast was over at 10:am but it was over at 9:00am.
