The email I got from the property claimed that the hotel check in ends at midnight and that a late check-in has to be called in advance, however, they close at 11:30. Later when addressing this, they ignored the fact that their email lied and just tried justifying the property closing early claiming it's how their prices are low (Other hotels have even lower prices and have a proper check in front desk), and never once addressed that. Also, at the very end of my visit, management came knocking on my door asking for me to remove a bad review I left earlier. Very unprofessional, and later on, days after I left, management sent me a passive-aggressive email regarding the experience, their policies, and everything about the visit. Highly recommend not staying there. It doesn't do you any good if you have a late flight or are arriving late, the email lies, and management is very unprofessional and might knock on your door if you leave a bad review.

There won't be anyone at the desk to check you in. You have to call a number posted on the door but no one answered for me in two attempts. Once we finally got a room, it was mystifyingly damp. It felt like we were staying in a jungle swamp rather than Alexandria. The tile floor stayed wet the whole time and there were noticeable cigarette burns everywhere but it was clean enough and didn't smell bad. About what you'd expect for the price.

The room was very misrepresented. I was met with the weekly livins not the staff who were also the community drug delears. I felt very unsafe I would not leave my belongings in the room when I went to dinner. There was molded coffie in my coffie pot. Cockroaches at my door.I was scalded by the shower due to the shower stem was backwards. The sheets were dirty or stained. I had a flight canceled and needs a place to sleep it was terrible. The weeklys were playing games and drinikng outside all night . I woke early to just get out of there and once again was greeted by the drug dealer at 7 am it was bad.

The gentleman you called a community drug dealer is a veteran who recently retired from military after serving in the Iraq war. He was staying with his wife and daughter as he did not have a permanent place. He has moved out from the motel since. He was going thru some issues after the war as many others have who served. Please take my word.Looks can be deceiving sometimes. I am sorry that you felt unsafe but the local PD can tell you that we have not had any incidence in the past 5 years since we got involved with the motel. Also,We do not have any weekly residents besides George who has since moved out to a house.
