The staff was great. We ended up not being able to arrive on Friday, but early Saturday, so we called and Olivia checked us in over the phone. The first room we were given reeked of marijuana. My husband started coughing as soon as we walked in. Diego quickly gave us another room. It was overall clean, but the floors needed a good cleaning and baseboards.

I used it for a business trip, but it was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet for the most part. It’s worth noting this is basically IHG’s equivalent to a Marriott Residence Inn or an Extended Stay. The family running it is very kind and helpful. Parking is pretty easy, and it’s not far from most of the rest of the DC area though you would probably want a car if you’re staying here. I recommend.
