Every staff member we encountered were friendly and courteous. The property is in some state of repair/upgrade as there were appliances, mattresses and other items stored within the rear of the lobby, nearest the pool. The room (king bed) was clean and tidy. Close to the beach and other nearby attractions. Our only major complaint: the elevators were very slow and feared getting stuck at times (#2).

This property was not up to par with cleanliness. After checking in, there was a sign at the elevator that due to Covid they were short on housekeeping and would not be cleaning rooms. Also, the booking stated that staff wore masks and I did not see one staff member with a mask on. The beds were horrible and the pillows were for a toddler. Very disappointing!

It was centrally located One of the rooms still had dog hair all over the floor and tissue still in the toilet. The mattresses were horrible. One of the Queen matters actually sunk. And both bed frames squeaked like crazy and the refrigerator wasn’t working. I know it’sa pet friendly hotel but the smell was strong

They need some renovations done to the rooms. My room had a hole in the ceiling. The elevators buttons were disgusting.

The hotel was clean and amazing. It’s right off the beaten path which was perfect for us with having our dog stay with us. The front desk was more than willing to accommodate. Due to Covid, there breakfast was suspended along with daily house cleaning. I plan to stay here each time I visit my son while he is in the Navy - as long as it continues to be an affordable place to stay. Great job Staff!

Nice place one block from the beach , very dog friendly. A/c did not work great for the price very nice would stay there again located close to everything on the board walk free parking on site is great .

I didn’t like how people were smoking in their rooms and the smell was entering my room and I had my infant with me

The king size bedroom/bathroom is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Loved the selection of breakfast. It was a nice cozy hotel
