The beds were too hard. Need to replace with ones like the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper mattresses. Our third night in the area we stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge and slept much better. Accolades on the parking with the entrance to each floor from the parking garage! I am handicapped and that was excellent!
This is a motel. It smells like bleach all floors. Rooms dirty with mold. Do not recommend.
I liked everything except we were not aware of need ing to check in first before being able to enter parking garage!!! Everything else was awesome!!! Thank you!!!
Great beach view and access!
When we got to the hotel we were told the pool was closed. We booked for 5 nights and didn’t have ANY hot water the entire time even after they switched our room. 2 of those days there was a water shut off for several hours and we were unable to shower the morning before we left to go home. Our air conditioner made a loud banging noise and we were unable to sleep well for the first 2 nights there. Most of the hotel was under construction and this wasn’t disclosed to us until after we got there. Had we known this we would’ve made other arrangements but by then it was too late. The staff was friendly and apologetic but the stay was a nightmare. When we asked about getting some kind of reimbursement for our terrible experience we were told that because we booked through Orbitz they were unable to do anything about adjusting our bill. How is this even justifiable? Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
The property looks updated from the outside but inside is old with some updates. Cleanliness is like a 6/10. They need to do better.
In the two night stay, we were in three different rooms. First room had one bed, not the two we made reservations for. Second room had no hot water and on day two changed to a third room. It was very inconvenient considering we were only staying the two nights. We enjoyed our stay at the beach, but would have enjoyed it much better had we not had the hassle and inconvenience of the room!!

Water front propery great.
Loved going to bed and waking up on the ocean. Breakfast was very good . It was a comfortable room. Don’t like the hassle of trying to get into the building with a car on the weekend because of so many people ( not much you can do).
I liked the size of this property and the layout.
The check-in process was terrible. Cars backed up onto the street trying to get into the garage for 35 mins. The entire process was As slow as molasses. Then when we got to the room the pipes in the wall made loud noises every time someone in the hotel turned water on or flushed. We called the front desk who said maintenance would be right up. Three hours later I called again because he never showed. He did eventually come but said there’s nothing he can do. The noise kept us all up throughout the entire night. The area around the hotel is great, but the hotel itself is not worth the money. There are way too many good properties around.
