Shower water took forever to get hot, it was freezing for 5-6 minutes I had to wait for it to warm up smh. I was almost late checking out due to that issue. The housekeeping staff was very noisy on the floor prior to checking out. Other than those issues everything was fine.

The breakfast should have 4 waffle makers (there were only 2) to help the line and waiting time inconveniences. Also, ending at 9am is too early for many people who are there to sleep in a little. You should extend to 10am, which is around when my family normally eats on weekends, I had these conversations with other guests at breakfast. We all agreed this would’ve helped make it much better for all of us. The eggs also weren’t yummy - watery, strange texture. Breakfast was something I was most looking forward to and my kids barely ate. We enjoyed the pool but couldn’t hear the music, the room was quiet and every staff member I came across was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast had scrambled eggs that were nasty and watery, the sausage patties were dry and burnt. The heater in the room kept shutting off. So it was so cold for my husband myself and my kiddos.

I book the room at 2 o’clock. I was charged $100 for the first day at 5 o’clock. Got to the hotel and found out there was an extra $125 security deposit was double charged twice and here it is Saturday three days later and have yet to receive anything back yet messed Christmas all up This has got to be the worst place to stay around the holidays
