- Please be aware that while our condo is regularly treated for pests, its mountain location means encounters with insects like mosquitoes are common, especially during the summer months. This can happen while enjoying the balcony or exploring the property. We cannot be held responsible for any insect bites that may occur during your stay.

- Ski locker for your use located on site in The Appalachian (winter).

Great unit at Appalachian

Very clean, responsive owner, GREAT mattress! Has everything you need, nicer/more modern decor than I've experienced in other units at this resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy! An excellent stay. The ONLY negative is having to come inside to get a parking pass (and the unit is far from the entrance!) and then having to bring it back on the way out. Aside from that, I couldn’t have asked for more! Worth the minor inconvenience for sure!
