Had a great stay, the hotel is a bit on the pricy side but worth every penny of it. Room is not spacious, but classy, super clean and well maintained. In-room expresso machine is a nice surprise. The hotel has its own water taxi dock; I was in a rush to get to the airport; the hotel booked me a water ...
It is a nice hotel at the end of the Grand Canal. The room was updated, clean & comfotable. The complimentary breakfast was on a patio overlooking the canal. The staff was very helpful. We never had to ask twice for anything. The day before we checked out we asked the concierge for a water taxi when ...
This hotel rates a 5, as it is a very high quality hotel and very well priced for the area. Good modest value hotels in Venice, 5 minutes by train, are located near Piazza Roma and cost near $200. This is a very nice modern hotel with rooms much larger than average, in a good location across the ...
Love this place and staff at desk was great. Let me check in noon instead of 3 pm and helped me move my stuff up to room. Has elevator and only two blocks form square. Beds hard but no depressions from previous use. Air fine, little noise from street but not bad.

Nice hotel very clean inside, but front of hotel and parking lot could be cleaner, and grass should be cut every week, not once a year.
3 days, 2 nights prior to cruise. Nice hotel but expensive by American standards. Front desk personnel are helpful.
Unique Venice experience with quiet solitude (it was a monastery!) but 10 minutes by water shuttle to San Marco and the Venice scene. Outstandng service and great views of Venice across the lagoon. Be prepared to spend 75 Euros every time you take a private water taxi to somewhere ther tha the San Marco shuttle stop.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in Venice and the hotel was close to everything but on a quiet canal which was nice to come back to. It is a small hotel but overall was nice and great for the price.
