Location is close to main attractions and about 50 feet from st Mark square. The single room is small but ok for one person only the carpet needs to be changed. The staff start but to early to clean which makes it hard to sleep because the place is quite but not sound proof
Nice hotel. Impressive lobby, courtyard and breakfast room. Complimentary breakfast very nice. Room was small but functional, bed was ok, but basic. Location very convenient to water busses. Short walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's. Hotel arranged free water taxi to Murano glass factory tour.
Although it’s a very nice and clean hotel. It could a hassle going to and getting back from San Marco. Great view of Venice if you get the right room. I would stay there again? If it was my second ior subsequent visit? Yes!
Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. You can also reserve hotel shuttle to Venice at 8AM each day for free if you don't have any luggages. Pharmacy is also close by: right at the bus stop. Hotel staffs were very pleasant to talk to. Breakfast is included and not bad in my opinion. Negatives: ...
I’m not one to rate typically but felt it appropriate for the hotel and staff at this property. A four day pop-out to Venice for the tail end of the Biennal was made perfect while staying at the property. Frequent traveler who normally collects points at other chain properties but love a well run ...
The hotel itself was very good, the service was impeccable. We even got an upgrd to executive room. The only problem is the hotel location that was quite far from tourist attraction sites, and transport was pretty expensive.
Perfect location from train station and taxi station to airport. Rooms were clean. The decor was outdated, but seemingly on purpose (traditional decor). We had a room with a canal view and it was worth the little extra. Staff was very accommodating. Staff was very helpful with anything that we ...
3 days, 2 nights prior to cruise. Nice hotel but expensive by American standards. Front desk personnel are helpful.
Negatives: WiFi is very slow. Almost not usable at times.
We stayed here for 2 nights to be near center of Venice and San Marcos Square. It's perfect location right on the main canal, the water bus has several terminals right in front of the hotel. It's a 5 minute walk to San Marcos Square. The staff is courteous and professional. Room was nice. Water flow in shower was not the best but plenty of hot water. Overall I recommend this hotel for price and location. Breakfast included was okay, not a big selection of food but okay. Breakfast room was a little small for the number of guests..sometimes not easy to find an empty table.
Great service...everyone smiles here and makes sure everything is perfect. Grounds are perfect. Only compliment is loud music from hotel rooftop lounge...but it was due to room location.
