We picked this hotel because it was on a canal, close to the train station and off the main areas. We were arriving late in the evening and I had contacted the hotel and they replied that it would not be a problem. I was a bit frustrated when at the check-in we saw the lounge full of people and asked when it closed. The man at the desk said that it had just closed. I asked if there was something nearby to get a drink and he said no, everything it closed. So, I decided to venture out for myself and found several bars and other places open - some until past midnight. Guess he either didn't know or care - not sure which it may have been but not helpful.

Our high priced suite room 123 was above 10 Hugh trash collection binson the street. We can't open the windows facing canal due to smell!!! No conditioners after shampooing were provided. No spa pool. Too far a walk from ST Marco. Great for couples who want quietness not designed for family. All rooms are very dark. Wifi was too slow for kids to play online games. Spending 1000 usd for 2 nights i think that's very over rated.

We could not have asked for more. Everything exceeded our expectations from the location, the room to the free breakfast and the staff. Will recommend this hotel a 100% to any friend.

We choose this hotel because it is very close to the train station and rated very high. Hotel is very comfortable. It is a little pricey, but well worth it.

Wonderful hotel excelent view of the canal, great service.. Away from the center allows to really enjoy the beauty of venice..

My wife and I stayed in Venice for only 1 night and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and easily accessible with the water taxi. It was quiet and had updated bathrooms. A great price.

Overall this was a great hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was pretty friendly. Breakfast was decent, but we didn't expect more for a free breakfast. The air conditioning in the room was perfect especially since we were there in July. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be away from the hustle of the city center.

Room was tiny but neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Not close to main attractions like Rialto Bridge or st chappell Wifi was free but very slow. Overall we loved to stay here. Venice hotel stay... accomplished lol

Visited Venice as part of our honeymoon and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The staff was courteous and competent. The room was clean and fairly well sized. The bathrooms were luxurious by European standards. The breakfast spread was quite lavish. Overall, highly recommended.

The contemporary photos on line drew us to the hotel as the appearance and boutique size are our normal preference. We weren't disappointed! Very modern, cute lobby and décor, and large room and bathroom were comfortable. An unexpected bottle of Prosecco was delivered to our room upon arrival, possibly as we needed to change rooms as our requested room was unavailable until the second night, but the room we were given was a suite so therefore was fine. Goes to show the level of service we experienced which was excellent. We needed a water taxi at 4am, and not only did the hotel make the arrangement, they coordinated sharing with another couple so cost was split. Breakfast was lovely, included in price, and very adequate. Only draw back is the location is out of the way from main tourist area, but easily accessible with public transport, and therefore nicely less crowded. Dining in the area was a bit challenging, so may want to dine out before arriving back to hotel for the evening, however there may be more options than were easily visible, just may need research. Overall good experience and would recommend.

From start to finish, we were impressed with every aspect of this five-star quality gem. Arriving on a HOT day, we were greeted with cold damp towels to cool off as we checked in. Concierge shared a map and pointed out key places to visit before we made our way to the room. Decor is beautiful, elegant and modern. Rooms were clean, beds cozy, and A/C easily adjusted to a cool 18•C. Proximity to train and main water taxi was great, but also on a quiet street. Breakfast and evening lounge served excellent food and offered great, friendly service. Gianpaulo was charming and welcoming. They kept our bags after checkout for pickup later that day - complimentary. Hope to stay here again someday!!!

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was included for us and made it very convenient to get our day started. The rooms are very nice and was decorated according to the theme of the hotel. The hotel is not located in the heart of everything, but was still convenient since there were water bus stations right near by. One was pretty much in front of the hotel. And there are still restaurants nearby as well.

Hotel is a 10 min walk from railway station. It is a very stylish hotel with attention for detail (classic with a modern twitch). Breakfast is good but nothing extraordinary... Staff is friendly and helpful... While hotel is to be recommended, its rate is however too high...

Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast buffet was good and staff is are pleasant.

The interior design of the hotel is modern and the hotel is new. The corridor is very dim. Room is decent size but the room temperature is very low during winter. Can get very cold in the night. The room temperature cannot be adjusted. The distance to San Marco is very far. At least 30mins walk. 1st day may be interesting as there are some shops along the way to San Marco. Repeated walk can be tiring and boring. 15 mins walk fm the train station is not easy especially with luggages as the road are uneven. The hotel is situated at one secluded end. Not convenience for touring Venice by foot unless u are using the water transport most of the time.

New, contemporary hotel. Bathroom was fantastic. Bedroom a little lacking in atmosphere - a little sparce. Very nice breakfast buffet. Very convenient to transportation hub for departure back to the States. Pleasant staff.

The hotel is great, far from airport. 120 Euros water taxi transfer.

We had the terra suite (which we were upgraded to) and it was very big and beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I wish we had stayed more than one night in Venice. It was a bit of a walk from the train station and to sites but it was still a nice location. The breakfast was good and had a nice garden area to sit in to eat. The only problem was the jacuzzi in our room wasn't working right. Other than that, it was a nice stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Brand new beautiful designed hotel! Very clean nice rooms. Great breakfast and great location next to a Vaporetto station. Very friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
