Located right on the lagoon with its own private docking and ample garden all around, it offers the perfect mix of elegance and privacy with an unparalleled view of Venice and mesmerizing sunsets over San Lazzaro degli Armeni island. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploration in Venice (San Marco is just 20 minutes boat ride away, less by private taxi right from the villa) or a day on the famous Lido beaches.
Completely renovated and in pristine conditions, the full villa can hosts 8 guests in two completely independent apartments each with living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms. Sauna and hammam are located on ground floor with another bathroom and infrared shower : enjoy a full spa treatment in the comfort of your own villa. Centralized heating and cooling via radiant ceiling panels are available throughout the villa for a comfortable stay in every season.
Benefit from the slower pace of Lido, the Golden Island of Venice, enjoy breakfast on the terrace savoring the stunning view of Venice, relax reading a book under the shaded trees, have an aperitive while watching the mesmerizing sunset, have sauna, repeat...
Guests have access to whole house and garden apart from the technical rooms in the basement which are used for centralized heating and cooling and storage.

The villa is spread over 3 levels. The first and second floor have independent apartments with 2 king size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living.
