There’s big misunderstanding in the promotion they give in the hotel. It says that you have free parking, but the parking is not available and then you have to park in a public space which is pretty expensive. Moreover, I reserved a room for 4 people and in the counter they made me pay for the other guests when it should be included in the fee for the room (which is four people, more than obvious I believe). Besides that, rooms were clean and staff was nice.

Wonderful property

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

Will be an excellent property when finished. Convenience for water taxi since it was very close to a dock. Staff and breakfast excellant. Got locked out of our room multiple times the next day as the door code stopped working. Staff were very nice but it took multiple trips to the desk to fix. Nothing great to look at even with a sea view since they were still working on the property. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were large with lots of nice touches like shampoo, body wash and hand cream.

I spent 2 nights here which felt like a new hotel. 5 mins walk to get the water bus or land bus. Breakfast from 6:30am which is great when you need an early start but my last morning the waiter setting up made me wait 10 mins until I could start because he hadn't made everything look perfect yet. Overall a good stay though, I would return.
