The building was brand new. However there was still construction and the dirt spread throughout the building. The breakfast was good but basic. I liked the coffee machines and the hot food offered.

Property was nice and clean. Breakfast that’s included in stay was awful. Didn’t even bother to eat the next day as it was the same exact food. As you come down from your room through a back door into the dining area the woman checking to make sure you are a guest by asking for your room yells at you from across the dining area. No pleasantries. I didn’t even realize with all the noise she was talking with me as I was grabbing a plate. The rest of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I liked the location due to the fact that you could hop on the vaparetto before it got crowded. Big plus if you’ve ever been to Venice and need to use the boat taxi.
