"Cavalletto is a beautiful hotel in a unique location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and elegant. Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast service was awful. We woke up early, with enough time to eat and then leave to the airport, but one of the ladies in the restaurant did not allow us in because they had an issue in the kitchen. The dining area had many people eating already; we explained that we had to leave but she yelled at us and returned to the kitchen. We couldn’t eat and we left unattended and upset."
