The view of the canal was gorgeous and the upkeep of this building was wonderful. Such a gem.

Rialto Bridge…Hotel Rialto is the BEST choice for a stay! Several visits here…tried a few others…NOTHING BETTER than here! Front desk personnel FAB! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful! Add that to the location & you get nothing less than ..PERFECT! My next stay…the balcony room on the canal…just because!

This is an amazing hotel. Well worth paying the extra for a canal view. The room was quite small and would love to have had a kettle or coffee in the room, however, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend staying here.

I tend to believe that hotel doesn't worth that price that we have paid. Overall cleanness was good, but carpet was dirty. If you stay on a carpet without shoes, you feel that carpet is sticky and gross. I had to dry my hair using their hairdryer right above the toilet (I have long hair) because hairdryer was mounted in the wall next to toilet and you can't move it to more convenient place. I booked a room with a view for Realto bridge, but that view from the picture at booking web-site and real view from my room are absolutely different. From my room, I saw just a top of the bridge and there was no view to Grand Canal which is absolutely different from the picture during reservation!! Area around hotel is very noisy and crowded. It's hard to walk. Even at night around 1-2 am, it was still noisy. We couldn't open windows to refresh our room because of horrible noise.

Great location - walkable to main sites. Wish they offered room service.

Good location and we stay in very quite room. The wi-fi network is very srong.

Nice, friendly staff very professional They should have better showers and toilets

Great staff help you in any way, perfect location, the real venice feel, would stay again, like all Europe ,hard beds ,only bbs and cnn for tv

We liked that the hotel is close to the canal, which makes it convenient for drop off or pick up by the water taxi or bus. Moreover, they have a wonderful breakfast buffet and seating outdoors to enjoy the view of the canal traffic, people and the Rialto Bridge. Lastly, we were in the middle and were able to walk to tour the various museums and churches.

We had a great view fight at the Rialto bridge. Old world charm. We would stay there again. The staff were great.

centrally located with easy access to water taxis. can walk to San Marco square. Fantastic restaurants on other side of Canal

The hotel is easy to find day or night due to its location. The room had an overwhelming perfume smell to it that was hard to get used to but the room was very quiet - you don't hear anyone coming or going. The furniture in the lobby is dated and the dining room is a tight fit in the morning for breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again. The staff is very pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful, room was good, Terrace was excellent!

Well heated ( February ), comfortable bed, clean and good maid service. Just a bit disappointed that there is no restaurant - our fault, should have read the guide more closely !

This is a very old fashioned hotel. We stayed on a room facing the canal/rialto bridge, people walking by at 3am screaming and singing did not let us sleep. The smell of the streets got into the room as well. I believed we payed more than expected for this room. Breakfast was ok, same every day.

Excellent location! Definitely take a water taxi from the train station rather than walking- it's a bit far with luggage!

Had a wonderful stay and we were delighted at the size and comfort of the room. The staff was great with directions and suggestions. Would recommend to everyone

Dear Guest, Sorry for the problems you reported. We naturally have the option of offering you another room for the remaining days. As for the multitude of people outside the hotel, I'm sorry, but we can't do anything. I remember that we are still in high season and the city is full. Best Regards
