We’ve stayed in Vail numerous times and the location of the Galatyn is our favorite. Right in Vail Village and a minute walk to Red Lion, Vendettas etc. The convenience was fantastic as we were in Vail for Octoberfest being held in Vail Village. You do sacrifice some on the view being ‘in town’. Plenty of parking and parking say access to Gore Creek trail that leads into Betty Ford park or town. The bus stops right outside the property too if going Lionshead etc.
Quiet but convenient to downtown Excellent front desk person, friendly and helpful!
