Nothing the toilet in our room didn’t work, the elevator broke down, and horrible service
Great historic location, close to many restaurants and some shops. Hotel refurbishing continues and the restaurant is still closed. Once completed it should be much better. Staff is minimal during construction so not a lot of service. The few there are nice but seem inexperienced.
No advance notice on on-site construction was not acceptable.... closure and renovation of both restaurants also was not divulged in booking process. Construction noise started early at 6am. Air conditioner noise prevented sleep and difficult to regulate. Entire stay below expectations. Live the location, but doubt we will return.

I was very disappointed to read about the issues you had during your last stay. As you remarked, our restaurant and bar are under renovation as an update has been long awaited. I am incredibly sorry that you were not made aware of this prior to setting up your reservation.
