Dirty and crummy.
Worst. Stay. Ever! I booked my reservation and paid online. The desk clerk told me when I tried to check in that there was no payment. How can she see the reservation and not see the payment? I tried to show her the payment had been made but she wasn't having it. She would not check me in until I gave her my card and paid - again! Lo and behold, of course both charges were deducted from my account! Nobody seems to be around in the morning for me to talk to and nobody answers the phone either! I still haven't heard back about this from the customer service department I sent an email to! I will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 ever again, and especially not this one!
The rooms appeared tidy. Only a small bar of soap was available in the bathroom for the shower. The floors were sticky and the carpets in the halls were very dirty. The elevator was out of order and the computer at the front desk not functioning well. The gal at the front desk was friendly.
No shampoo, no hair dryer. However the bed was comfortable, the staff absolutely fantastic, and the place is clean.
Very nice clean room for the low cost. Had wood laminate floors instead of carpet which I really like. Much better for keeping clean.
The minute we walked into the room, we knew we had made a mistake in choosing this location. It must have been 80 degrees in there even though the AC unit said it was 60. As always, I was inspecting the room for dirt, bugs, etc when there’s a shout from the bathroom from my husband asking me to verify his findings in the bathtub. Reluctantly, I bent over to get closer, only to find that his discovery was correct. There was some sort of red scum under the leaking faucet and hair that was clearly from the “personal” area! OK, so now I’m looking harder out front. Needless to say, EVERYTHING was covered in dust! Do No Stay At This Motel!!!!!

Hotel has construction items piled up near front door. Hallways had a fowl odor in them. Bathroom was dirty. There was signs that people were living in the place long term.
Shower head leaked bad,hitting the faucet below and splattering all over the floor. The coverlet was dirty. Only two dinky little pillows.
During the check in hotel staff member tried to charge me $108 for the room instead of the Orbitz price of $58. Going to the room there were construction materials laying in the hallway.ater that night I receive notification from my credit card company that I was charged an additioinal $44 on my card from the hotel. I confront the girl at the desk. She swears it's a refund and quickly produces a form showing my original charge of $58, an additional charge of $44, and a refund of $44.00. The $44 refund has not shown on my card just the charge. I consider that theft and currently trying to get answers from Motel 6 corporate.
