The staff was nice, the property is a bit old. The pool was closed for maintenance, on the day that we were staying

Rooms were dirty, smelled, have not been remodeled in over 40 years

It was clean enough, but half the appliance did not work or were cut off. Convenience store and amenities were all closed. Wifi was constantly shaky, would cut off randomly, and not connect to various appliances. Found a pair of socks under the bed that were not mine, making me question the cleanliness of the location. Several workers were not following mask protocol. Felicia was a fantastic employee, who graciously welcomed us.

The property was convenient and clean. The sink in the room barely had water pressure.

Could not believe the fitness center was not open 24-hours. As an avid gym user, I had planned on an evening workout at this hotel. A 10p closing of the fitness center made this impossible. No lotion or shampoo were in my room. Cake on the menu was priced at $7 but I was charged $8.

dingy, worn furniture and no night staff. asked for extra large bath towels, they brought me tiny swimming pool towels since there was no staff on hand

Quiet rooms until the mowers began working at 8:00 AM.

We booked a king room. Upon check in we were told that there was only 2 twin bed rooms left. No partial refund, no good answers other than “when booked on a third party nothing is guaranteed.”

The front desk staff could use some additional customer service skills but the cleaning staff were the most friendly and helpful people in the building. The cleaning staff greeted us in the hallway, asked if there was anything additional we needed, how everything was, and were so pleasant that even my teenagers said “wow, they were the most friendly hotel staff we’ve seen in a long time”

Wifi reliability could be better. Very friendly staff. Excellent say.

I liked that it was only hotel in area that had pool. I didn’t like that staff was not very helpful. Ran out of pool towels and didn’t offer up any other towels, housekeeping didn’t come to clean room or two other rooms of people I was with, and wanted crib or rollaway. Asked about 5 o’clock for one, but front desk said “housekeeping usually brings those by and they’re gone for day. I can’t get to them”. I then went down to from desk to ask for pool towels and someone from engineering or security was talking to front desk. Brought up needing any kind of towel for pool he got me room towel and then miraculously was able to get me a crib. This was my 3rd yr in a row coming to this hotel and this by far was worst experience and it wasn’t just me. Other family I came with agreed with me. This hotel is red going downhill:(

After receiving several complaints about the people on our floor playing loud music, yelling, banging on doors, kids running down hallways and keeping us awake until after 4am all they did was knock on their door and leave. The noise continued. I never understand why you would give big groups of people all rooms right next to each other and then put other guests right next to them. Worst night of sleep ever.

Great location and great swim and relax and gym area!

Had a paid reservation. came in at 11 pm to check in and found myself in a long line among other people who had paid reservation but there were no rooms available. rooms were not ready at 11pm and we were told they did not now how long it would take. I would not even know about it because no one came to a long line to talk to us. there was one person at the front desk who was taking her sweet time without informing other people what was going on. No apology, no refreshments offered. Bad attitude of the front desk staff. I will never book Radisson again. ended up leaving with kids at 11.30pm since there was still no room and booking a cheap hotel down the road. Don't understand how such hotel can take reservations, charge people money, and then do not have rooms ready at 11pm when check in starts at 3pm. Unacceptable to have just ignore waiting customers and not even offer water!
