pleasant, price right , easy access, well located for many activities

This was our 4th stay at this hotel during our monthly trips to Toledo. It is located on the campus of the University of Toledo Medical Center, so it can be difficult to find if you don't know that it is there. This stay was better than our previous stay as the room was in better condition.

I have stayed at this hotel for visits to UT Medical Center on multiple occasions because it is on the UTMC campus and the prices are reasonable for the area. The hotel has undergone some renovations although the hallways on the room floors need new carpet and wallpaper. The bed in our room was quite comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. However, there were a number of items requiring maintenance. First, one of the end-table lamps had the bulb socket pulled out. I had to put it back in and then plug the lamp in. Second, the faucet in the bathtub was loose and almost fell off per my spouse. The tub appeared to have some peeling epoxy so it was showing its age. As a result, I would say that this is the worst room we have received during our multiple stays. On the plus side, cookies were available at check in and the hotel does have a swimming pool, hot tub, and exercise room, which we didn't use but others did. Kids especially like the pool.

We stayed here because we had an appointment at the adjacent medical center. It was definitely conveniently located for that. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. However, the hotel is a Tired and dated. The rooms need to be refreshed but they are clean. I called for room service twice and both times I could hear the staff talking. First, after pressing the room service button on the phone, I hear a guy yell to someone else to come and take my order because I called on the wrong line. The next day, I called the operator and asked for room Service and a woman answered. When I told her I was making a room service order, she asked me to hold on a minute and yells to someone " tell so and so there's ANoTHER order" in a way that made it sound like they were Swamped. Food was ok and didn't take a really long time but I don't know why they offer room service when they seemed to be put out by he entire process.

After checking out we realized that my husband left a jacket in the room. When we called 2 hours after checking out, the front desk said she would have house keeping check when they cleaned the room and get back to us. After 4 hours with no call we called back, no one had any information on the missing jacket and still no call back. So I called again the following morning to the front desk and they have no jacket and then put me thru to a manager where another message is left only to still go unreturned. So I'm gathering the jacket now belongs to someone in housekeeping! When we chose to stay at a Raddison hotel because of their reputation, I have to say after this it's probably our last stay. This could have been easily remedied had some just taken 5 minutes to check the room. There was no question about where the jacket was left no, but noone could bother to look.

Very clean room. Heating and cooling worked very well. Free Internet and TV. Nice desk to work on, as well

Quiet location. Overall, a nice facility. Hotel connects to a hospital. We were walking down hallway and would up in a cancer recovery unit. Staff recommended a family restaurant that turned out to be a bar (fine for us, but not appropriate for our children). Hotel was hosting some sort of family reunion. Children from reunion crowded pool and hot tub area, and were very loud and obnoxious. For example, children would jump into the hot tub, splashing hot water into everyone's faces. Hotel did not seem interested in curbing behavior. Pool area not very clean - perhaps because of above. We were led to believe that breakfast was included in room price. In actuality, hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast for an additional cost.

Nice pool, comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, large bar area, decent buffet breakfast for $11 per person.

Great place. Friendly staff. Overall highly recommend.

The hotel was booked for business travel purposes. The accommodations were satisfactory, however attention to maintenance would help with the overall impression of the facility. Ice machines are located on every floor; however, they only worked on every other floor. Also, the floor indicator lights on the elevator were not working at all levels. Finally, there may have been a problem with sufficient desk staffing. I was waiting for an international call to come through to my room, and the caller was on hold for over eight minutes. I had to call the desk and ask them to send the call through.

We had a heck of a time finding this place as it's tucked in between medical buildings and the Toledo college. When we told the girl at check in, she just laughed and said that's why they include directions on their website. The hotel is not close to anything except the medical center and the college. There's some food options near by, but nothing to write home about. The on site resturant is pricey. In general, the room was good. It was clean and had all the stuff you'd normally want in a room, like shampoo, soap, refrigerator, etc. Nicely modernized except for the scarcity of plugs. With today's technology, you need at least 2 plugs you can find to plug in your stuff. The refrigerator was unplugged as was the coffee maker, so we had to hunt to find a place to plug them in. The bed was good, the bathroom was nice except as usual, the lights are 10 watt. Even the nice touch of a magnified mirror was overshadowed by the fact that the light was so dim.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was quick to check us in. Great location in the South End. Plenty of places to eat.

Overall it was a good stay, room was clean staff was pleasant but I could hear my neighbors next door, they don't provide a complimentary breakfast for the price and it's appearance could use an upgrade.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Clean Rooms. Perfect location for work function.

One of the best hotel in Toledo. It is in the health science center, The University of Toledo. However it is far from the other faculties.

Would have expected more for the price. Very loud guests at 3 am. Pool was so so....and it was extremely hot in the pool room.

Overall this was a great reasonably priced hotel. The workout room was especially well-equipped.Bathrooms, soaps, all that stuff was very nice. The only problem for me was that it was a little hard to find - you have to know to drive onto the University of Toledo medical facility campus. My GPS got confused.

The room was nice and staff was helpful. Other reviews mentioned that it was in an unsafe area. I found this to be untrue. It is on a medical college campus, but was still a relaxed, restful area. Would stay again.

We did not spend very much time in the room, and the time we did spend we spent sleeping. The bed was super comfortable - five stars easy. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. I was surprised by how big the pool was, and will be sure to make time to get in on my next visit.

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT!! HILTON DOES A GREAT JOB TRAINING THE STAFF. TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN ANY KIND OF SERVICE INDUSTRY YOU HAVE TO WOW ME IN ORDER TO HAVE MY MONEY!! I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS WHERE OUTSTANDING SERVICE IS A WAY OF LIFE.
