Couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub, children were dangerously reckless, there were kids under the age of 10 jumping in and trying to swim around in the hot tub playing with toys ,the toys was very dirty which made the hot tub water very dirty , contacted staff and they was not helpful, they would just say “kids are not allowed in the hot tub” then leave and as soon as the staff leave they get right back in and do the same things , just a very uncomfortable stay

Very clean there should be a hour for just adults at the pool area it was challenging having 100 kids at the pool area and being able to get to sit in the hot tub. Pool could be open until 11 pm. Overall clear and a nice stay.

Really nice property, that appears to have been recently upgraded. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice, but the hot tub needed cleaning. A lot of ick around the inside edge. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel

Took my daughter for a little staycation in beachwood, and check in was a breeze! The Staff was very friendly and we received a treat bag with joining the members program. My daughter loved that, room was very clean and inviting. The entire building was very clean and up to date. The pool was nice kinda cold my daughter said, but hot tub very nice and warm! We would’ve enjoyed our stay more if the other guests were more friendly and considerate. They had a lot of children that yelled the entire time and splashed in pool. Very inconsiderate. Also they just seemed very hostile, it was uncomfortable. The only other negative was the shower pressure was very low and took forever to wash my daughter’s hair. And the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But overall it was a good time.
