Excellent stay! We arrived over 2 hours before check in and planned on sitting in the lobby but the nice man at the front desk checked us in early!! Thank you 🙏. That was amazing… excellent customer service.

The description of my room I booked was not correct on Orbitz web site.

The check in is at 4pm. My room wasn't ready until about 5:15-5:30pm. The staff wasn't that concerned about it and just made excuses about how busy they were busy and fully booked and one member had an attitude like she was put out by us asking if our room was ready after the check in time. The next day when we checked out on time (at 11am), my kids were getting changed in the pool area and the same woman with an attitude the day before, came by and told us we had to get out as we checked out and we need to leave the pool (no one else was at the pool). I said, my kids were changing and she told us we needed to get out of the area and wait for them outside of the pool gates. I reminded her that she / the hotel checked us in 90min late and my kids were changing and she said "there are rules and regulations here and you should take your issues up from yesterday with the manager and that has nothing to do with today. I do NOT recommend this hotel if they maintain the same staff. Really bad. honestly, unless marriott makes this right, I just won't stay at marriotts anymore. That is how bad the service was. Basic common courtesy was not expressed.

Our suite was nice and spacious. Hotel was handy to the freeway, gas stations, and more. Very friendly staff and property is fairly well kept. The free breakfast was fine but the area is a bit cramped and space is limited ingress/egress to get to the food. There was plenty of free parking and the area was safe and quiet. We really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

We arrived at 5:00pm and our room was not ready. At 5:15 the front desk told us it would be another 15 minutes, but we needed to leave for the Indians game. We had to change clothes and "freshen up" in the lobby bathrooms. The room was ready and fine when we came back from the game.

My son and I took an impromptu trip to Cleveland. When we arrived the front desk clerk was extremely friendly. The room was extremely large, clean and spacious. The refrigerator and microwave were very clean. I felt like I was at home. It was a wonderful time.

This was my third stay at this hotel in the last year. I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the room this time. The carpet was dirty (they were cleaning that up), the furniture was torn and stained, the curtains were stained and their was something in the vent. I stay with my two young daughters so I really would prefer someplace much cleaner. The staff, as usual was friendly but they failed to comply with 2 simple requests I called in before I arrived. I wanted to stay on a low floor and I was on the 3rd of 4 and I wanted a crib. When we arrived at 12:30am there was no crib so we had to wait and put the baby back to sleep once it arrived. Finally the room was $189 on the website...slightly cheaper on this site, but I paid only $99 in February when I stayed. RIP OFF. I hope the hotel does better and cleans up it's act.

They were fast and helpful in changing our rooms to accommodate an elderly relative. They also cleaned the rooms early in the morning so they were fresh for afternoon meetings. I wish all hotels, not just this one, could do something about people coming to the public breakfast in their pajamas. Ghastly. Really America, aren't we better than that?

Great breakfast. Hotel was full so long lines at breakfast but friendly people. Big clean room with comfortable bed. Updated hair dryer. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center under renovation but use of Bally's next door was great.

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. We understand your frustration about not being able to check in by 4pm the day of your arrival and sometimes circumstances get in the way of being able to clean our rooms on time but we certainly strive to make sure we do. I did meet with our housekeeping team to see what the issue was on Saturday and we did have elite guests with late check outs that put our team a bit behind. Upon your check out my front desk associate did follow our pool policies when addressing you and your kids using the pool however I agree that things could have been handled differently and will be using this situation as a teachable moment. We hope you will choose to stay with us again and experience the exceptional service and hospitality my staff is known for.
