This was my one and only time staying at this hotel. The pool was closed the hot tub was closed. No ice machines. I was handed 2 Ziplock bags of ice from the kitchen. There's No daily maid service. They clean your room every 2 days. Last but not Least the bed was Hard as a brick the pillows were thin as ice.

The room was the worst we have ever stayed in around Beachwood area. The pull-out mattress was so nasty with blood, and stains on it as well as worn out to the point of the cotton coming out of the mattress. I reached out to Expedia.com and was advised they couldn't give me a refund the only thing they could do was to give me $25.00 key points and called the hotel and spoke the front desk receptionist, the lady called our room and literally said she could switch our room but she can't promise that the mattress would be any better in any other pull-out couches in the rooms, that they are all old, nasty, and worn-out. As well as she offered to give us a mattress cover and she would have someone bring it up to room and they never came up. I tired to call the desk back after 5mins of waiting and no one answered the phone...I wouldn't advise anyone stay at this.

We were very disappointed with the condition of our two bedroom suite. It was dirty, the sheets and pillows had stains, and the pull out couch was unusable. We came in lat from a hockey tournament and just wanted to get some rest, but the process took longer than anticipated dues to having to get an extra room (at least it was on the house). We didn't realize that the Residence Inn was actually a "residence" for people. I figured that the area it was located it would have been a good choice to stay. It wasn't. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, beyond that, I can't find a reason to recommend this property.

Outstanding hotel

We had a very relaxing time at the hotel. Our check in was extremely efficient and pleasant. We were able to check in early with our room ready within mimutes of our arrival. The lobby is very comfortable and set up for ease of receiving deliveries and guests The outdoor pool area is very well maintained and welcoming for get togethers with fire pits around the pool site. Overall, this hotel is a great place for a short or longer stay in the Cleveland area.

Nice hotel

Convenient hotel if needing to be in Beachwood. Large room with separate living, dining and kitchen area. Two TVs good. Not a fan of pillows that are so soft they disappear. Breakfast ok. Not a lot of selection but included in cost. Free parking. Nice outdoor pool area. Able to do laundry which was a plus. Staff very friendly and helpful.
