The place was extremely clean. The staff was FANTASTIC!! It was a lot of fun at this hotel (video games, game systems, board games, pool tables, etc.). The bed was super comfy. I had never stayed at the Aloft. It kind of reminded me of a dorm room. So it wasnt the type of room that I usually book. The area was great. The minor things I did not like was: there's no phone in the room. I did not like that there were no shelves in the bathroom. I had no where to put my soap. There was only one washcloth in the room, so more towels and washcloths would be nice. But overall it is a really nice hotel jn a great area with a great staff.

I was greeted warmly and that’s always a great beginning for me. This hotel was booked solid but I had no problem checking in and getting my room. The staff is great. I want to make sure I say that up front. Really pleased with the kindness and warmth of the staff - great women I met.However, there were things lacking about the property as I went along to find my room. In the hallway, there was a mini fridge, just sitting in the middle of the hallway. That would have been overlooked by me if other things hadn’t followed. There just seemed to be no attention to detail. The carpet was dingy. The pillows weren’t fully covered or properly sized - like no one cares how the bed was made. The way a bed is made always makes an impression on me. And this one looked disheveled, which made me take a picture to show someone later. (The sheets were clean though.) Also, I went to turn on my television and it didn’t work. I was like, Are you serious? Then I went to call the front desk, and the phone didn’t work. That put it over the top. The redeeming thing was the front desk staff came immediately and switched out my remote, an easy enough fix. So that was nice to get such prompt attention. So it wasn’t awful. It was fair to middling. But it’s the second time in a row that an Aloft property has been disappointing. I’m like, what am I spending my money on if what I’m getting is like I could get at a lower end hotel. W is on the sign out front, but it doesn’t mean anything.
Old, not very clean, lots of noise, heat wouldn’t work properly. Rooms need redone!

The experience at this property is pretty consistent with Aloft in other suburban regions. This contemporary hotel sits within a convenient location near major highways, retail stores, and dining establishments. The room was very comfy with an open-concept design, a walk-in shower, and a nice work area. The only issue was that the top sheet on one of the beds had a very faint stain and the exposed portion of the mattress cover was slightly dingy. I stayed here previously and did not have this issue, so it was likely a fluke. Also, please note that I did not contact the hotel staff since we were very tired after being on the road all day.
The property was clean a little dated. The refrigerator in my room ran a little loud had to open it up so that I can get some sleep. The staff was friendly though.
Nice eco friendly hotel outside of city. Comfortable beds. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
My initial room was located near large trash bags stashed right outside of our door. In addition, the location was directly in view of a parked car. The staff did move us to another room upon my request. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and there was cake icing/sprinkles on the bed. My stay was very short so I did not have the time to bring to staff attention.
I didn’t like the bed the pillows were very thin and the bathroom shower was not clean
Arrived at hotel only to find out they had no power due to a storm and they put me up at closeby Marriott for one night. No one explained that my reservation was cancelled and when I returned after power was restored was told I had to pay for two nights and file a claim with Expedia for reimbursement. I understand that they had no communication with outside, but an advisory about cancellation would have been nice on their part. Otherwise stay was nice.
I paid to have breakfast included, still ended up being charged for it and no one caught it, The staff was rude. I had to ask for additional wash cloths and towels took a 45 to receive them. Asked to be accommodated to have late check out since we didn’t received towels till almost 12 the front desk refused to answer my question and eventually I was told I’d be give an additional 30 minutes. Not a pleasant experience not somewhere I’d stay again or recommend.
The rooms were not up to my clean standards, foot steps overhead, room was not cleaned as required or told otherwise.
Great experience I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
overall good rating. Room was a little echoey , Bathroom sliding door doesn't close all the way. Bed extremely comfortable. TV remote difficult to operate and ac couple channels frozen picture but sound worked (ESPN) Staff very friendly. Hair dryer didn't work properly and a new was brought to room within 5 min.
Fun, Fancy, Free!!! The hotel was beautiful and spacious. I enjoyed the live music, games, and pool table. Will definitely return.
