Pool was very dirty and not maintained. Staff was not very helpful. Breakfast options was subpar and were out severy items. Overall this property did not live up to expectations and standards of past stays at Embassy Suites.

Terrible Experience! Hotel was dirty. After having to move to a different room the second room was a little cleaner but the lamps and TV didn’t work. The staff was so unhelpful and not friendly. Would never stay here again.

The receptionist continued to chat and laugh with each other the entire checkin process. The bar, pool, and breakfast area was still closed! I've been to several other Embassy Suits that have everything open!

I liked my morning walk. The room was spacious although it needs repairing. The noise outside lingered on until the morning which made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk was great. The bedroom was perfect. However - the white piping on the cushion of the dark green sofa was sticking out of the torn fabric - about 8 inches!! There were hairs on the bathroom floor ( not my color or texture) and a qtip on the floor when I arrived and shoe prints on the shower floor. Also the metal plate on the inside door/handle was hanging.

There should be another elevator closer to entrance. The walk to elevator and room is a hassle for my mom with disabilities

I liked that the property was close to the medical facility where my Mom was. I've visited the hotel before and was extremely pleased, which is why I visited again. However, this time was different: 1. The attendant who checked me in, made sure to let me know that breakfast was limited and lackluster. I wouldn't expect an employee to speak so poorly of their establishment. 2. The room appeared to have been cleaned on the surface, but the usual attention to detail was not evident (beds not crisply made, small stains on the walls, bathroom floor tiles were discolored. 3. The attendant who checked me out was too busy eating lunch and told me to just leave the key cards on the counter.

The establishment was FILTHY, the bed linen had not been changed. The bathroom was dirty with hair left from the previous person that stayed there. The walls were dirty and couch falling apart. The wifi sucked and it was full of parties which no one said anything about. It was an awful experience. I will never stay there again.

Overall i simply like the Embassy Suites concept. Demetrius at the front desk was excellent. The problem is that my room was not thoroughly cleaned. The couch has spots on if that i wiped with a rag to remove. There was food crumbs under the couch and the foot rest. This was especially disturbing considering the pandemic and the fsct that they advertised the rooms are wmpty for two days before being used again. So then thst brought me to the fact rhat the couch spots and rhe crumbs were sitting rhere for days.

The room was very spacious, comfy beds, good water pressure. Location was good & safe area. The staff was pleasant. No amenities due to Covid. Needs updates but I'm sure Covid hinders budget to fix up the place. Poor drainage in sink.

It was nice and quite..Im from Charlottle NC and i enjoyed my stay..

I love the suite layout of the rooms. It is wonderful as one can sleep while the family is watching TV in the other room.
