Drove through a snow storm and decided since the roads were so bad we would eat at hotel. It had good reviews so we thought it would be ok. We get checked in only to find out the cooks called in and they had to close the restaurant for the night. That also effected the evening manager’s reception

This hotel really has a lot of potential it’s very beautiful. The rooms however definitely need updated. The staff was super friendly. The continental breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve been to with a made to order omelet bar.

The lady at the front was great! She even remembered me calling earlier in the day was able to put rooms side by side for our group. Comfortable beds and beautiful lobby. I have not had the breakfast yet so I won’t comment on that.

The hotel offered a seamless check-in experience, thanks to its prime location. The bar and food options were exceptional, although the price point for the snacks was somewhat steep. One area for improvement is the proximity of the pool area to the gym. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, with spacious, spotless rooms. The view of the waterfall from the window was truly breathtaking, and I would eagerly consider staying again.

Initially our reservation was canceled upon arrival by the hotel, I booked through a 3rd party and they were able to help by being able to rebook without a fee but it cost me money I wasnt expecting to have to pay seeing it was already paid for in advance. The pool nor gym wasnt available I'm guessing because it was New Year Eve, needless to say that was 2 of the reasons I booked here to be able to use the pool and gym. The hotel was nothing that I expected from a embassy I always stay at these hotels but this location was by far the worse, I will never come again

Well to start off the guy that treated us was horrible! He was rude, obnoxious, you couldn't understand them when he talked! You asked him a question and he was very rude with this answers I asked them if we could stay in the room a little longer because I didn't have to be at the hospital for my test until 1:00 and check out was at 11:00 and he said absolutely not we don't allow that! I'm only checked out the next morning at 11:00 and I was talking to the lady she said of course you can I'm going to give you a 12:30 check out

Great staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable however the furniture in the sitting room needs updated and it would have been nice to have plug in ports for our cell phones and iPads. I loved the shampoo and boy lotion and the bed was very comfortable.
