While we there, our 2 year old threw up in the middle of the night. House keeping was so kind. Kris came and changed all of our bedding, took our daughter's blanket and pj's to wash, and left a very sweet note for her in the morning with all freshly washed items. Highly recommend this hotel and it's ...
The hotel staff was fun kind and friendly on all shifts, the cooks were excellent, best hotel breakfast we've ever seen, even the coffee was always hot and fresh in the lobby, The servers cleaning our rooms, Tammy and Kim were the best made sure our room was always stocked with towels toilet paper, ...
I gave a 3 star rating because our room was very loud with the noise in the outside hallway and the TV blaring in the room next to us. I wore earplugs so I was able to sleep but my husband was not able to sleep the whole night.

The room needed a bit of maintenance. Closet door was off the track, tub drain was loose, nothing big. Very clean, the waffle iron with the free breakfast is great.
The rooms we had were spacious for 2 adults and 1 toddler (king suite). The microwave and small refrigerator were helpful. Breakfast was good with nice variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
This place could be a good place if it provided what it says on the website. We got housekeeping once per week. They did as little as they could. The breakfast was sorely lacking. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order while we were there. But, I have to give the maintenance staff kudos as they were trying to get things in order. I like the style of the property. It's like having your own apartment.
We stayed here six nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The room was perfect, the staff did an awesome job cleaning the room. When we accidentally had glass break on the floor, the gentleman from the front desk came up and personally made sure it was all cleaned up so we didn't cut ourselves. The hotel needs to be rated at least 3 to 4 stars!
