They put us in a room that was not cleaned from previous guest but pretended to by remaking the beds. Bathroom stuff left all over, floors dirty, bed dirty and fridge wasn’t cleaned out. Gave new room that I’m not sure was entirely cleaned either but bed looked at least new. Cleaning woman super unprofessional when asked but didn’t deny it as front desk said she hadn’t had time to check if she actually cleaned them? Probably happened a lot then.
