Hotel was just OK. Seemed older and outdated. On the upside there are places to eat very close to the hotel.

The room I stayed in was run down despite nice pictures online. Large crack in wall nearly from ceiling to floor. Old stained chair. Table was unstable. Carpet was old. Dresser and sink counter dilapidated, peeling. Had to go to front desk 3 times in the cold because key did not work. Woke up with 2 bug bites. Put do not disturb sign on door - flew off due to wind so ask front desk to make a note - room was still entered for cleaning. Asked a second time. No change - room was still entered. Would not recommend. Never staying in a Red Roof Inn again no matter how good the pictures or room price.

The room is fair. There was a stain on the chair that looked like a spill that could have been cleaned or replace the chair. The bedspread had an old washed in stain. There heat had to be on but the thing was so loud it was difficult to sleep. There was dirt and some crumbs left around the room. The carpet was clearly old and in need of replacement. I wouldn't put feet on it as its clearly worn out, places around the floorboard were damaged and worn out, a big patched hole in one of the walls. Bring slippers or wear your shoes. The staff was very accommodating but for the price and only using it for the night it was ok. The furniture and bedlinens appeared clean however the furniture looks worn and in need of replacement. I often stay overnight in Toledo however I won't use this motel again. I would have if it was updated and cleaner looking The price is reasonable and staff were very pleasant.

Stay was okay and wish we had gotten the superior king room with refrigerator and microwave.

I got a nonsmoking room but when inspecting the room I found a half smoked cigarette and a unopened condom. There was hair in the shower and the walls had stuff spilled all over them.

Good for an overnight stay. Bathroom needs to be updated.

Nicely situated with many restaurants and shops close by. Clean room, microwave & fridge; what more do you really want for an overnight stay?

I needed a room for literally 10 hours. I had an early morning meeting that was out of town and just needed a place to sleep and shower not far from my meeting. This room did just the job for that. It wasn't the most updated or spacious room. And I just got the feeling that the blankets weren't all that clean. Sheets didn't give that feeling off as bad though. Definitely worth the $60 I paid. Glad I didn't pay anymore than that.

If you only need a place to sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

No problems at all. It had a bathtub, the room was clean and as advertised. I wish there was a way to tip using credit card because I'm a millennial and carrying cash is not a habit I am into.

It was ok it's just the staff had very bad attitude!!

Good places to shop and eat. Convenient to get to easy access to highway

Prime location easy to find great places to shop and eat.

Too bad they don't offer kitchens. Rooms were nice and clean

thank you for ever thing my father was dyeing your staff was great your rooms were at a great price for a low income person

Met our expectations. You get what you pay for. Basic room great price.

The room was as advertised. It was clean, looked fine, the shower TV etc all worked. The air conditioning was good and staff had it on when we arrived so the room was refreshing. Bed was comfortable and had no problems with noise except for a garbage truck that picked up trash at 5:00am the first morning.

Don't look for anything fancy... no breakfast, just coffee. Bed was not very comfortable (a bit of a saggy mattress), but not terrible. Room was clean, but again, don't look for anything extra. No hair dryer, no iron. Front desk was very friendly and polite.

The Red Roof Toledo University was pretty much what I expected. This was my first stay in the area and I was looking for an inexpensive place that was safe and clean. I really was not there much more than to sleep, so if there were amenities, I wouldn't have known. I did not use the WiFi either, but I know it was free… I will definitely stay here again. It was a very good value.

This hotel is mediocre. I only payed $76 so I was satisfied. The room cleanliness was okay. Not horrible just okay The staff was freindly. The air worked great.
