We were in town from Arizona, and were walking late at night and the night girl saw us and told us that she watches who is in the hotel parking areas on her shift. It made us feel secure. We asked her about Tony Packo's location near the hotel, and she said the best one to go to is the original one; she even hand-wrote directions to get there! That was a very kind gesture on her part. We would definitely stay here again, and we recommend it to others. Our 2 rooms were very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. We had traveled a long way, and had my elderly dad with us, so we were thankful that our experience with this property from start to finish was stress-free. The attention to detail and personalized service is wonderful. Thankyou!

this hotel is new or received a whole new makeover, however the heating and air system is not up to date. Our room never cooled below 75 degrees and it was quite stuffy. I spoke to the person at the front desk upon checkout after speaking to someone about the problem when we first checked in, I was told sometimes it takes a while to cool down. The person at the front desk was very kind and said he would have someone call me when his GM got into the hotel. No calls. I did like everything about the hotel except the cooling system and the lack of service. It's new so there's not a lot to complain about. The refrigerator did not work, I did make a call for this and someone did come and have to reset the refrigerator but our food spoiled overnight so it did not work properly.

It's a new property, so it benefits from the latest and best of all things Courtyard. What is also very nice is that the construction is QUIET! No AC noise, not a peep from folks in the halls, nothing! That's something that can be a problem for even the newest property, but not here. The staff is cheery and helpful, the bar well stocked and with the standard Courtyard food menu. It's all good, and a quick walk to several restaurants if the Bistro menu does not suit. I'll be back.

I usually stay at one of the other Courtyard locations in the area, but saw that this is a new property and decided to give it a try. As mentioned in other reviews, this is a modern hotel in a great location; however, if you blink, you might miss it as it sits back off the street behind other businesses. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Due to current road construction, it was a challenge to get to. I was told that I’d have a room on the top floor, didn’t get one, and had to hear the Clydesdale clomp around in the room above. One of the waste baskets in the room wasn’t emptied and the coffee maker hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I was approached in the parking lot the morning I checked out by a panhandler. All things considered, I’m not sure if I’d stay here again.

We stayed here on the way back from Baltimore, MD and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only six weeks old and obviously is in excellent condition and still has that "new car" smell. We recently stayed at a similar Courtyard in Elyria, OH. I like the design configuration of these new Courtyard's, they are well appointed and very comfortable. I will seek them out for future trips.

Stayed at this hotel for one night for Tax Free Shopping beginning Aug 1. Hotel is brand new, everything was in order, minor housekeeping issue and checkin delay due to training of new front desk personnel. Would recommend to all if in the area. Hotel is a little awkward to get to from the main road but close to a few restaurant's.

This Courtyard Hotel is brand new -- we watched it go up. The beds are firm but comfortable; huge TV; lovely bathroom area with night light (always a plus); plenty of usb ports for charging and other plugs. Overall, we were very comfortable here and will definitely stay here again - it's on our regular route to our vacation home. My only slight issue with Courtyards is there is no complimentary breakfast. But they DO serve Starbucks coffee and offer breakfast and other meals in the lobby, which is convenient and pleasant. There are four hotels at this large piece of property in suburban Toledo -- a Residence Inn (just opened, I believe), the Courtyard, a Holiday Inn Express, and a Hampton Inn. Within walking distance is a steak house and other restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this brand new, modern hotel. The girls enjoyed the beautiful pool and my egg white frittata was amazingly delicious! The staff was so helpful and friendly and we would stay again for sure. It’s tricky getting in and out of the lot, but worth the effort. Close to restaurants and right off the highway.

This hotel is brand new. The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms, lobby, pool and fitness area were very clean. It was a quick drive to the Toledo Zoo from here. Also, there are plenty of restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

We were rerouted to this location when another was booked. Happy we got to have this experience. Our weary tournament group was welcomed with smiles and a lot of help. The reception desk staff were super efficient it took us no time at all to get into a room. The accommodations are beautiful. Each staff we encountered were unique and super helpful. Even ones on break that we saw out side relaxing when we asked a question about the area took the time to help us and look things up on their personal phone to point us in the right direction. That alone was impressive. Location is easy to get to from the expressway with ample parking and surrounded by a good variety of restaurants. Our boys had a blast in the pool and said the food from the Bistro onsite was good. Great all around experience and one that will make us likely to return if we come back to the area again. Thank you.
