I wonder if management has changed at this hotel?
I asked about my friend's service dog and they told me there would be a fee. I thought this was illegal. There were also weight restrictions on the animal which is also wild.
The people next to me had a yappy dog that didn't shut up the entire weekend. My friend's service dog would not have made the first sound. I was pretty offended by this. My friend ended up not coming over the service dog issue which was upsetting because the trip was supposed to be a holiday gift for both of us as we recover from PTSD.
The wall of the jetted tub was kicked in, and for some reason the jet control was outside of the tub and across the room. There was absolutely no nonslip material for some reason, so I used all the towels on keeping the floor safe instead.
There was previously wet pink mystery crumbs stuck to the inside of the comforter. Daiquiri vomit perhaps?
The halls stunk of cigarettes and pot. There was no Continental breakfast. Just toast and bagels and an empty waffle batter dispenser at 8 am. I was disappointed because I smelled food cooking from my room. So when there wasn't any food, that I had paid for, that sucked pretty bad.
The ice machine was "broken".
I get it. It's a 2 star party hotel in a low traffic area. But like, we could at least wash the sheets in the $130/night room, right?
I have stayed in these hot tub rooms many times over many years. This is the first time I've ever had a complaint about the condition.
