We had an issue with a noisy neighbor until it became unbearable at 2A.M. Melissa said she'd talk to them. I didn't believe that would do any good. She gave us another room on another floor so we were able to get some sleep. Very happy with her help and remedy.

We arrived late at night and the front desk attendant was wonderful. However, upon rising the next morning we realized our air did not work. We did let the front desk know, but nothing was done and they never communicated with us. No offers to move rooms were made ect. The hot tub was not working and had caution tape around it. This was most of the reason we chose this hotel. And no it is not advertised that it is not working and according to the front desk won’t be for a year!! The pool was very dirty and the water stunk. Unsanitary for sure. There was very little sitting room for the free breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay came for a family gathering many of my family stayed here. The breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel. The bed was very comfortable I did not use the pull out couch. But for sitting it was a great addition. Everything was clean and in great condition.
