The reservation was not aligned with assigned room. We reserved a suite with a couch per the reservation pictures online for Orbitz and the property’s website. When requested to change the front desk shared this is consistently an issue and we would receive a call from a manager. Additionally, housekeeping did not knock nor announce in the morning (8:00 am) of check out as the entered the room while stepping out of the bathroom after a shower.

We have stayed at this inn several times before. It is beginning to look a little tired. Nightstands needed washed on top.Multiple water mark rings on top. We stayed in a handicap room which was appropriately laid out. The only problem was that it was too far down the hall so that anyone who had problems walking had a difficult time getting to the lobby for breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was dirty and had to have beds changed to even be able to go to bed at late night arrival. Shower is stained and bathroom had a pin and nasty stuff in corner. Kitchen staff was very friendly in the breakfast room. Front desk too busy on their personal calls to help guests.

The staff was as lovely as ever! It was wonderful to see the morning crew again even after all these years. But the state of the hotel has declined over time. What was once a well maintained building has now deteriorated into a scary experience. My children chose the stairs over what they called “the elevator of doom.” And we were on the third floor!

We chose this County Inn because it was away from town BUT we didn't realize how close it was to the highway and away from places to eat. We reserved an accessible room and was surprised it was on the third floor. Every other Country Inn we have stayed at they are on the first floor. Prefer the first floor BUT this inn had a pool and there were alot of people using it so the first floor was a tad noisey. We did LOVE how HUGE our room was. The mini fridge was in what looked like a cabinet and that was a nice touch. We did have to drive maybe 10 miles or so in to town to find a place to eat ahhh but what a charming town Perrysburg is! Have ti say that the noise on the highway was annoying. Breakfast was good.

It’s a nice place. It was upsetting to learn that you can’t invite other guest to enjoy the pool, although, the front desk lady explained why they were unable to allow outside guest. In which, I understood why and appreciated the input. While in the pool, many guests complained about the cleanliness of the pool and spa. And how the pool was extremely cold for some to enjoy. The breakfast bar was a little sad. I had to give a down payment of $200 after already paying $91 to reserve the room. They stated I would get the $200 back within 5-7 business days. I could have went to the Quality Inn and paid less no down payment. Invite guest to swim with me and can make my own waffles in the morning. I know where I’m going for leisure time. Sorry to be honest. Because the front desk lady and other staff members were nice to my grandson and I. I truly appreciate that. The staff deserves a raise!
