Dog owners this is no longer a pet friendly hotel!!! The room was okay,. But in the past there was a $25 per night pet fee or a $75 flat fee of staying over three nights they are now charging $88 per night per pet, Fortunately I called instead of making a reservation online this time.

I had to change rooms do to my first room wasnt clean. I still have pictures of it. And at night do to folks having parties there wasn't many parking spots. Also I had a loft and my second room downstairs toilet did not work. It was to cold to change rooms again. Plus the fireplace didnt work. Couldnt use it.

Well the pipe busted and we didn't have water for hours then my fiancee fell on a sheet of ice at the bottom of the staircase from our room and he complained to front desk about it he completely ignored him and he broke his phone and hurt himself pretty bad. Well he went to speak to the manager about it and she had him fill out and accident report but was very rude and basically didn't want to be bothered

Awesome clean room, felt and looked like an apartment. Full kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as plates, utenisls, and cookware. Staff is amazing, every single one of them is knowledgeable, helpful, and just fun. They are easy to talk to and help with accomdatong anythkng theu can. Love this place!!!
